I will never use this dry cleaner again. I dropped off a suit and several shirts. I asked for them to be done by Thursday because they were needed for an important event Friday morning. I made sure they would be done because if there was a chance that they wouldnt, I would have waited to drop off the suit. When I went to pick them up Thursday, I was told they werent ready and would not be ready until the next morning. I was unable to pick up the dry cleaning Friday because of the event and instead went in on Saturday afternoon. I discovered later that evening that the suit jacket was missing. Monday morning I called (theyre closed Sunday) and explained my situation. They promised they would look and call. Never did. I called later to ask again. The employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and hung up the phone one me. The jacket has still not been found and the cleaner has refused to replace it or refund money. Drop your clothes off here at your own risk.

The owner will convince you that you brought your item in with "invisible stains", tears, or busted buttons which they caused themselves. He will say he is not liable because you signed a waver, but he wont let you look at the waver because all it says is you are allowing him to treat the clothes. He will mock and disrespect you. He has gotten hostile and aggressive with many people I have talked to. I know a former customer, a female, that he tried to jump in the store and his staff intervened by holding him back. She then found that he had reviewed her social media after this incident.

One Price Dry Cleaning in Athens is cheap, but beware. My Brooks Brothers suit jacket was returned with holes all over the back and sleeve on the right side. This resulted in a long, quite frustrating discussion with the owner who was completely resistant to replace the jacket while insinuating I was a liar. I was told that no one could prove the condition of the jacket before it was dry cleaned and he invited me to take him to court. Needless to say, my family, friends, or myself will not be returning customers.

I took a shirt and a dress to this place and made it clear that I would take them elsewhere if they wouldnt be able to handle the stains because they were both expensive items. The shirt had sprite spilled on it and there was some kind of white powder on the back of the dress. The shirt came back in worse condition than before and the dress is a little bit better but definitely not wearable. I will be taking them somewhere else with hopes that they can fix it. DO NOT GO HERE!

Absolutely the worst dry cleaners in Athens. Took my comforter to them and after they returned the wrong comforter to me, they refused to refund my money for a job they never did. After finally getting the correct comforter, it was clearly never cleaned and I was told the hidden stains had simply come to the surface during cleaning. Do not give your money to this business-- they lack integrity and quality work.

Took my duvet there to be dry cleaned. Rude service. Terribly high price of $50. When I went to pick it up (when it was supposed to be finished), I was told "It is not done" and to "come back"... it took almost 3 weeks to have it finished. There was a stain on it after that wasnt there before and I was almost given someone elses dry cleaning. Not going back.

Never going to this dry cleaners again. It may be cheap but its worthless. All of my clothes still had all the stains on them that I brought in to get removed and they even managed to add a black stain on my white shorts that was not there before. Horrible.

Dropped off a couple of jackets that I wanted for an upcoming trip. There was no mention that they would be closing for several days for Independance Day. I am unable to get my jackets for the trip. I will not be using this cleaners again.

I will NEVER go back here. They snapped a button right in half on one of my sleeves and I didnt notice it until a couple weeks later. Black smudges of something on each sleeve. DO NOT GO HERE!

You get what you pay for, and you dont pay much at all. Got a blue blazer back missing a button and horribly wrinkled. Will not be going back

I will go back, because they were very helpful and inexpensive, they clean 2 of my clothes for $4.50 and they looked great I will return.

I dont know, how they are still in business. Plain white shirt looked like they only ironed it without cleaning. Stay away from them!!!
