I wish I wouldve read the previous review first. I dropped off a pair of pants and two brand new shirts. I got them back and there were brown stains on the shirts. I asked what it was and she told me, "It looks like your stains didnt come out", THESE ARE BRAND NEW!!! And now I am scrambling for a wedding. She is very cocky, doesnt stand behind her work, poor job, and worse customer relations. I still have to pay for the shirts also. Its cheap, but its the principle. She claimed she was the manager...but I highly doubt it.

First of all the dude at the cash register acted like he didnt know what he was doing at all. On top of that I told him I needed the spots out that was the only reason I needed to get my suit cleaned and they failed to do that. They kept it an extra two days where I couldnt even get alterations done to it before I had a wedding. I probably will not be coming back here again I only came here because it was convenient and close to my place I guess Ill just drive further next time

Never again! So, the company decides to shut down their Farmington Hills location and you would think they would contact their customers before they shut down. I had to drive more than 30 minutes to pick up my shirts. Then I had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to locate my shirts. If I didnt have my prepaid receipt, they couldnt have locate my shirts. If my shirts were not expensive, I wouldnt have picked them up to save me gas money.

Horrible customer service! I dropped off four pairs of pants, two repairs and two to be cleaned. To make a frustrating story short, they had my pants for 10 days... The two to be repaired were cleaned and the two to be cleaned were dirtier and had cat hair on them. The counter help was rude and kept repeating "Theres nothing to say about this" and "I didnt do it". I will never go there again.

Quick, and quality dry cleaning, offering discounted rates for pre-paid cleaning. I have been a customer for 2+ years basically bi-weekly. Never an issue.
