This place is horrible. Yes its cheap, but you get what you pay for. I was accused of stealing. Last week I picked up my dry cleaning that I had dropped off and prepaid for. Well when they gave me the dry cleaning, I was not paying attention; I was on my way to the airport for work and was on a work call when I picked up my order. Did not pay attention whatsoever to what they gave me. I got a very rude call from the business later that day claiming I had "taken the wrong order". Um no-you gave me the wrong order but whatever. They then demanded I bring the dry cleaning to them right away. Well sucks to be them I was headed out of town for work, explained such to them, they still demanded I bring them back the order. I told them the only way they could get was if they sent someone to the airport to get it out of my car. Needless to say the told me to bring it back as soon as possible. Well I just got back in town and on my way home from the airport I stopped by the business with the wrong order. They brought out my correct order, and then proceed to accuse me of stealing a shirt from the wrong order. I did no such thing. The dry cleaning never left my car, and I did not take any shirt. They proceeded to threaten to keep my order till the shirt turned up. I threw the biggest fit until they finally gave me my order. Ive never had to act that way, and Ive never stolen a thing in my life. I cannot believe how horrible I was treated by this place. The cheap prices are not worth the abuse you will receive from this place.

I took a new black carhartt jacket to this cleaners. I read the care label prior to having the jacket dry cleaned and dry cleaning was recommended for color retention. I was ready to wring somebodys neck when I returned the jacket to my son. It was a discolored wrinkled mess. I do not understand how in the world somebody returned an item looking like this back to the customer. I have never experienced color loss in black item that has been dry cleaned i.e. jeans. I returned the item to be corrected, but there is no way the color loss can be corrected. I believe the jacket was laundered instead of dry cleaned. This was not the time. I do alot of thrifting and several months ago I found a brand new vintage quilted silk robe with tags attached. It was returned wrinkled, but I didnt return it. Just two weeks , I took a vintage dress to them. The lower half was black velvet. It was returned looking like crushed velvet. The entire underside was wrinkled. I returned it for correction. The dress was still not done correctly. The underside is no longer wrinkled, but the top velvet part is no longer smooth. It looks like embossed velvet. I should have learned my lesson after this but I was trying to save money. Its not worth it to have your clothing returned ruined. There is another cleaners that Ill sometimes use in Canton. Their prices are extremely high but they do their own cleaning. Its 24 hours later and Im still upset about my sons jacket. Never ago.

I am extremely disappointed with the dry cleaning/dress preservation service at this location. I had paid a deposit to get my dress cleaned, and was told that the dress would be ready in a few weeks -- no rush. However, when I checked back with the dry cleaning place, I was informed that the owner was unwilling to clean my dress! He didnt provide any legitimate reasons as to why he was denying me service. He just stated, in an extremely, unprofessional tone that he didnt want to clean it because I was upset about the delay! I was appalled. I struggled to understand this statement and decided to pick up my dress immediately. I did not want such a sentimental piece left with such unruly management. What I think happened is that he wanted to outsource the cleaning to a carrier, only to find that he would be losing money on the cost to ship out the dress. If thats the case, he should have never quoted me the price he did that day and dishonor the agreement when I dropped off the dress. The owner is dishonest and I would not trust any articles of clothing at this location. This discriminatory service shall be reported to the Better Business Bureau of Michigan -- no doubt!

We gave this dry cleaner multiple opportunities to earn our business; however, they consistently failed. They soiled a plain white oxford shirt with black wool. We thought this was just a mistake (that they denied). So we try them again, they lose my cuff links (again deny it), then say they will clean my order gratis. My husband goes to pick up the order, and they force him to pay for it. I would have never allowed them the third opportunity to service me unless it was free. We are working with our card issuer to issue a refund since I did not agree to pay for the services rendered. They even gave me a receipt stating the order was paid, and then still double charged my husband when he came to pick up. What a riot! I would give them a 0, but 1 is the lowest this website allows! You totally get what you pay for.

AWFULL..........its bad enough they destroy your clothes , in my case : 2 shirts , pair of pants and a $150 collector baseball jersey , the lady stands there in front of you while you show her what they have done & she looks at you like your an idiot!! Doesnt offer any explanation or God forbid...any offer to make it right. Just an irresponsible look of "oh well". I was flabbergasted that a so called business woman would ruin what you left in their care and make no effort to right the situation. Huge risk doing business with these type of folks...............CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I have used this dry cleaner a few times, but will never do it again. They have destroyed a shirt of mine and when I asked them to make things they told me that they just wont do it. In their opinion they are not responsible for any damage. During the conversation, the owner just stood up and walked away! If you are using them, its at your own risk. They will not do anything to compensate you for their own failures.

This Dry Cleaner is very much like going to the Casino and gambling whether your clothing is going to come back clean and no buttons missing. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER TRUST THEM WITH A SUIT. I am sure the owner does not care because another customer will come in and they continue doing business as usual. Drive a little further east down Cherry Hill road and you will receive polite and quality service.

Wish Id looked at this before. Ruined 2 $100 shirts with blue fluid of some sort and would only give me $25 per shirt. He also told me to F off when I told him that wasnt acceptable. Add "white trash" slur when I asked for his name. Wow, how could a place like this be in business. Younger guy working said he was the owner. STAY AWAY is my recommendation after this experience. Yikes.
