Avoid this cleaner...Horrible customer service... They, clearly, destroyed my suit...actually tore HOLES in it...It looked like it went through a wood chipper...Ray Charles could see it wasnt normal wear and tear...Then stapled a tag to it stating there was "previous damage" to the clothing...Which is, apparently, what they do when they destroy your clothes...They sure dont call to let you know this info BEFORE they "clean" them, so both parties can agree theres damage... I went back to ask them what had happened (not expecting much of a problem) and was told "moths had eaten my suit"...I was floored...MOTHS...!!...and there was "nothing" they could do to remedy the problem... Avoid this "cleaner" like the plague....

was one of the first customers of the previous owner. kept my business there with the new ownership but after this cleaner losing multiple items with no recourse I had to move on. For example losing the pants from a suit....suit is pretty much useless. Spend about $100 per month on dry cleaning

Put 2 holes in the front of my bespoke shirt I had dry cleaned. It wasnt even clean when it was returned. Rude customer service.
