I will not even rate this place!! But had to click a star for this to post. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS!! They ruined my husbands suit coat!! There are holes through out the sleeves and rest of the coat. We had dropped off 3 items on Tuesday 7/5/16 and was told that the clothes will be ready by Thursday 7/7/16 by 6pm. Went to pick up the order and it was not ready...they were"behind"...but why was there no phone call to the customer?? Then was told that he would have to call back today by noon to see if it was ready. Called....they couldnt find the clothes. Was put on hold for 10mins with 3 different people coming back to the phone asking who he was, what clothes were dropped off and what do they look like. They say they will look for the clothes and get them cleaned. We finally get the call that the clothes were found and were cleaned. My husband goes and picks up his order brings it home and he takes his sport coat out of the bag (he wears it for work) and its completely ruined. We knew taking it in there that there was a small hold in the left sleeve from a snag that happened years ago....but it now has holes up and down the left sleeve and a few on the other. Called the cleaners and we were told that they were moth holes...ummm...no! I also dont like the fact of being lied to and being told that they are behind due to refrigeration units not working and there are DTE trucks there working on the problem. Funny....when my husband was there to pick up his order...no DTE trucks. How they have stayed in business so long is beyond me.

From the minute you walk into the store with a complaint, the attitude and response given is "not my/our fault" and this is straight from the owner herself. No acknowledgement for any inconviences a situation would have caused and they go so far as any assistance they may provide (such as a crummy letter) is to get this assistance under their terms - meaning come back later. They have no idea who the customer is. They packed my damaged items up and allowed me to take them out of the store without bringing to my attention. Response from owner is that they do not know how items arrive, which is contrary to what you are told when you drop them off - that they will look over all items to see if any "special care" needs to be taken. BEWARE: Only take your items here if you do not care about them!!

I recently had two Hermes scarves cleaned here. They were gifts from special people and an important part of my wardrobe. I had been hesitant about getting them cleaned because of their value – both in cost and sentimentally. When I picked them up, covered in plastic, they looked faded. I thought, “Oh, they are ruined.” When I got home, I took them off the hangers and unfolded them – discovering with relief that the most vibrant color is only on one side. They did a beautiful job. The scarves are as stunning as they day that I received them. I highly recommend Park Avenue 2.75 Cleaners. They do great work, have excellent customer service and good prices.

If they damage your clothes, don’t expect them to do anything about it. The buttons on several of my white dress shirts turned almost brown with discoloration. After having my shirts laundered for 15+ years I had never seen this happen before. I took them in and they said they had to send them off for evaluation. Never heard back from them after repeated calls and stopping by. I wish I’d had more time to take them to small claims court.

Huge shout out to the owners of Park Avenue $2.75 Cleaners in Canton! Tonight they went above and beyond for our family. Leaving on a 6 am flight tomorrow morning for a wedding and forgot to pick-up my husbands ONLY suit. Owner went and opened to store so we were not left hanging :) Always friendly, always prompt and have had excellent results! Thanks for all of your help!

Been going here for years and will continue to. Owner is very personable and cares about customers. The younger staff are extremely nice and willing to assist. Some of the best looking girls around! Highly recommended, best in Canton for sure!

Ive always gone to Park Avenue cleaners and they have honored the Kroger card discount. In fact I just picked up from last week and I was given the discount. I returned today with my clothes and they would not honor the Krogers discount

Will not ever go there again, they ruined an entire bag of clothing. I took a dress with beading on it in, and the beads melted into everything in my order. They would not agree to reimburse me for anything. Terrible customer service!

They gave my shirts to someone else. I finally got them back over a month later. My wifes clothes smelled like smoke after they dry cleaned them. They refused to give us a refund or to reclean them. I will not be going back.

Ruined one dress shirt with an oil stain. They cannot match up seams at all so my dress pants were left with two seams down the legs. The price was good but is out weighed by damaged clothing. Would not recommend this cleaner.

Worst Dry cleaners ever seen in my life. Will not go there again. They have destroyed my shirt and will not agree to reimburse anything. The customer service is not good at all, and quality of work is worst.
