Excellent customer service, top notch quality, fast, and affordable! What a deal! I became a regular to Gill Dry Cleaning and Taren got to know me by name. It was always a pleasure going there and having a quick convo with her. As a business student, I wound up having to get my suits cleaned on a almost weekly basis. When I first came here, I had no clue what to say or what to ask for, so taren walked me through the process and helped me figure out exactly what I need. Pretty soon I would just drop my clothes off and shed remember exactly how I liked my clothes. I must say, any business where your able to get on a first name basis with your customers is a good one. Taren provides such great customer service it easily beats out the competitors. Im actually quite sad that I will no longer be able to go here since I moved away :(

If I could go less than 1-star I would. I never take the time to write reviews, but I was so incensed by the way I was treated today I had to write something. I specifically called ahead, not realizing they closed at 4pm on Sunday. I explained I was on my way and that my arrival time would be right before or at 4:00pm. As I knocked on the door right at 4:00pm no one was in sight. I will never spend another penny at the location after such shotty customer service. It is true in life that you get what you pay for, I tried to save a dollar and must suffer the consequences now. Go elsewhere, there are other options nearby who can speak English and provide even an ounce of customer service.

They have displayed lower rates and claim best quality. I had them dry clean my $500 tommy suit and they messed it up. I still have stain and worst of all, suits bottons are gone. They didnt even tell me that accidently it hapened, just packed it and gave it to me. I will say stay away from cheap quality cleaners like these. My suit is messed up, save yours. Well wisher.

Horrible experience! I took my two Shams and white comforter up there to be cleaned. It looks even more dirtier than before!!!! Doesnt even look like they did anything to it at all. There is even hair all over it! I will be taking it back up there. Never again!

Dirty Job i took my cloth 2 times and every time i get my cloths back they have black spots and when i ask the the counter girl she is totally irresponsible and the owners says do what ever i can and ask me to get out of the store very bad people
