I dont know about these other reviews, it sounds like people may have waited until their clothes were beyond cleanable. I dropped off a suit as well as a top coat on Thursday, the gentleman working there asked if Monday would be fine and I said yes but if sooner it would be appreciated. I called this morning and he said it was ready. Everything was cleaned perfectly well and looked better than when I dropped it off. I asked if he cleans at his location and he does. Other cleaners ship your stuff off to be cleaned which can get lost. Other cleaners Ive used I was almost certain did not clean my items. So I promptly tore off the clothing bag and sure enough, everything has the dry cleaned smell I was expecting. I had to write a positive review because people tend to only write reviews when they have a bad experience. I am a business professional and also own 2 companies in Toledo, so I am pretty critical of any business I deal with. This experience exceeded my expectations which is why I have given 5 stars. I do not find the negative reviews below very helpful, they leave out specifics; especially considering the spelling and grammar errors. I hope this helps somebody looking for a dependable cleaner.

I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this establishment to anyone. I took a beautiful pair of draperies, only a year old, in to be pressed. Only pressed. They laundered them, in water, even though the attached tag said dry clean only. They are completely ruined! The are a good 6" shorter than they were when I took them in. At the same time I dropped off the drapes, I left a jacket with them to be cleaned. No soil on the jacket, or spotting, just needed to be freshened up after being in the closet over the winter. Again, it is ruined. I have NO idea what they did to it, but it is a shrunken mess! When I returned to the shop with my problem, they offered to clean them again...like that was going to put the missing 6" on my drapes, and unshrink my jacket! They were terrible to deal with. My only recourse was through my credit card company.

Did not clean the sweaters, and when this was brought to their notice, they just were outright rude and basically said Iwas lying. I had not even asked for a re-drycleaning....the same thing happened again, broung home dress shirts adn they had yellow stains on them...would NEVER go there again, never recommend them to anyone, even for regular dry cleaning

I brought them a jacket to dry clean and to have the buttons re-sewn. Needless to say they were unable to do this. I guess I will have to continue to look for good dry cleaners.
