I just called to find out if they had laundry services where I could drop off my bed comforter and sheets or my larger blankets or throw blankets as well as my older curtains that are pleated and the king size comforter (he didnt even ask how heavy or what it was made out of or anything like that) he just said that the price is based on size and so he wanted to charge me $40 for one king size comforter for me to drop off and for him to wash and then I didnt even get to the point of asking how long it would take to get it back, so prices are extremely expensive and so I wouldnt take my laundry to them today only because I have several items that I need cleaned before I either use myself or donate and it would be just way too expensive. Not sure how their services are and how good they are but I may use them in the future for a one-time item or two but at this point I would not use them today because of the cost...its way too expensive! Good customer service over the phone and getting pricing and information on the cost of everything.

This rating is based on shoe shine service only. I have not used their dry cleaning services which is probably the mainstay of the business. Dropped off a few pairs of shoes for a shine. Was told "Monday at the latest". Came in on Monday and was told by the same person, "Oh we send those to the other store and hes been busy... Well call you when they come in." Fast forward to Friday when I called them. "Yes theyre ready". The timing wouldnt have been an issue if they hadnt attempted to use a much darker compound/polish on a pair of natural leather shoes. Its as if they only had one color of brown polish. I could made the same mess of these shoes at home much faster using my crappy Kiwi polish. So much for "leaving it to the experts". Next time I"ll just wait until I go to DTW airport. Waste of time and money. Now I have to find someone to try and restore them to their original color. Need a shoe shine? GO ELSEWHERE!
