My husband was giving a speech on the upcoming Sunday in front of hundreds of people so I brought his suit pants in early the Monday before. When I came to pick them up on Wednesday they were still visible stains. So the manager said he would send it back and assured me it would be ready by Saturday at 2pm and they would send me a text to let me know. I received no text saying yay or nay. So Sunday rolls around and my husband goes to pick it up and they said it wasnt in yet from the factory. He said there was nothing he could do about it. He also said "cant your husband wear some just other pants". His name was either Alan or Andrew. He argued with me and said he would not call the owner because he didnt want to keep bugging him. I will never go back here.

Was a customer of this place for a year. Had one switch up with clothes, said everyone makes mistakes and moved on. Now, again he gave me a clothes that were not what I dropped off and when asked to please double check, he was so arrogant that he told me it was IMPOSSIBLE he made a mistake. That seems really shady and I feel like he stole my clothes. He has lost my business, and all my referrals.

I brought in some products to be cleaned not only did they return to me the wrong clothing when I received my proper items back they were damaged. I immediately called to speak with the manager who upon initial introduction was instantly rude. I was yelled at, accused of being a liar, and hung up on. Ive never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I will never go to this cleaners again.

This place is the BEST. I was getting married and spilled something on my wedding dress 2 days before my wedding--The guy that works the counter was great. He told dont worry and he was right. They had it back to me the next day with no spots. Thank you so much for your help.My wedding day was prefect because of all star cleaners. :)))))))))))

Good Service, decent people, until theres an issue and then they deny everything. They admitted they lost a very nice shirt of mine, but pushed back for weeks on replacing it until I just considered it a loss. There were also a couple times shirts came back without buttons, but the lost shirt is what put me over the edge.

Terrible customer service and a joke of an establishment. Not only is the owner uneducated, but refuses to reimburse the cost of cleaning when an item (s) are ruined. Melted several pieces I dropped off to be cleaned and pressed. Dont experiment on items if you are unsure of the outcome.

This place is great. Always friendly and helpful. Been to several dry cleaners in the area. Have at least three by my home at novi and 10 mile but I would rather drive to All Star!! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. All star is the spot
