These people are ridiculous. I brought them 2 articles of clothing, one they did not clean the way I had asked - they said they couldnt yet when I dropped them off I was never told. The other they failed to iron. When I called and talked to the woman who worked there, she was not only rude, but exceedingly unhelpful. She offered to talk to another employee, and call me back, yet she didnt take my number OR my claim number. When I called them back, she refused to rectify the problem OR issue a refund. DO NOT go there. If you have any problem, youre up a creek without a paddle.

NEVER USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! My wife took a sweater here to get dry cleaned. When she picked it up it was so small a 3 year old couldnt wear it. I talked to the girl that works in the afternoons and she said a manager or the owner would contact me. She also asked if she could have the sweater to so the owner. I have yet to hear anything and it has been over three weeks. I have called the Issues number they have at the counter and left two messages with the owner. I have not heard back from them. I will never use them again. I just hope i can get my wifes sweater back.

The young girl behind the counter was not very polite. I came to get my drycleaning that was suppose to be ready by 5 pm. She said it was just dropped off and it would not be ready until 5:30 pm. I asked if she could pull it while I waited. She did, but gave me an attitude. Another customer looked on in disbelief. Not a good experience. Although the drycleaning was good.

I moved to Milford about a year ago and have been using this cleaners ever since. They have always done my clothes on time, well done, and they have been very courteous. I will continue to use it. In fact, I, here giving this review because I was looking up to find their information on the web so I could see how early the open today.
