This past week I was told at the Wixom Lake cleaners from new owners that this store was sold. The only reason I continued to stay at this store and give it a second attempt was because of the new morning help that replaced a woman who was employed and working on oxygen. The person who I have been dealing with in the past year, was friendly, polite and proffesional, something that this store lacked for a long time. It was wrong not to inform your every week regular customers. I will not be going to any of your other stores, you have lost my business.

Have gone there for several years. Recently found out they allegedly move their cleaning machines from the Walled Lake store to their Wixom location. Turnaround time has increased. What used to take three days to come back now has a turnaround time of five days for shirts and pants. Disappointed to say what was once a great place to go to has now drastically declined in its service and quality.
