I had taken 11 table clothes to be cleaned at Peerless Dry Cleaners for our companys annual Christmas party. When I go to pick the table clothes up they could not find them. I returned to the store everyday for a week, as they promised I would have the table clothes. I talked to the owner and ask him what happen to my table clothes he would take no responsible for the table clothes. Finally on Friday I go by the store and they have 8 table clothes and the owner made the employee pay half the cleaning bill I get them to the office and they are not my table clothes they had someone elses tags and the employees tried to pass them off. I returned to the store immediately and the owner runs to the back and will not talk to me, he said it was the employees fault and they are to pay. I am out 11 table clothes. WARNING! do not use this dry cleaners.

I took my sleeping bag in to be cleaned and asked prior to drop off how much it would be to clean it. That and my coat was quoted at $20.50. I said OK and dropped off my items. When I went to pick up my total was $ 32.50. I asked the cashier about the previous quote she gave me herself and she behaved as though she didnt quote me that. The ticket on the SLEEPING BAG says "comforter" and the price is 100% plus what I was QUOTED. If i could give zero stars, i would.I will never go there again. What a rip off.

This place is unorganized and the service is not good! When you go to a cleaners you expect professional service. You wont get that here. I brought shirts in and they said they could have them done the next day. I come in the next day and they said they werent ready and then they mysteriously were ready after saying that. However, I feel like they only pressed them and didnt even wash them because there was a small place still left on one of my shirts that would have easily came out if washed. BEWARE.

They did a great job on my short coat and let me pick up after they had closed for the day. The price was very reasonable also.
