This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. They take amazing care of their clients. Case and point - I had a bridesmaid dress that I needed to have hemmed. I took it there and they had it back to me within a week. I did not try it on or anything when I got it back. When I did try it on it was a little too long - but this happened to be when I was packing for the wedding and leaving that evening. 430 pm I take the dress in just asking if he can somehow pin it or fix it. What does the owner do? He gives the dress to one of his employees immediately, has her drive it over to Watkinsville where the seamstress is, she gets it done in 2 hours and he has someone drive it back. He calls and OFFERS TO DRIVE IT TO MY APARTMENT. Can customer service get any better than this? This business truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I have never been treated as such a priority by a business. Not only that, but I bring my clothes here on a weekly basis for dry cleaning and they do an excellent job. All around wonderful business - I cannot put into words how impressed I am by them.

This place is by far the worst dry cleaning store in Athens. I went to drop off a few garments to get cleaned there was a drug addict asking to work a shift for money for "pills". Then when I came to pick up my clothes they all had giant white circular stains all over them. As I started to question what happened, the owner told me that it was impossible that he caused the stains. He then gave me a tour of inside the shop to somehow make a point. The owner told me that when you dry clean "INVISIBLE STAINS" can come out. I have a close family friend who owns his own dry cleaners in Atlanta and I know that is a lie. The guy here is a crook. He takes your money upfront and there isnt even an insurance policy for ruined garments. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have also had my dry cleaning done for a number or years at this location. I know the owner and he is always very friendly. A husband and wife run the business, and they have always done an excellent job with the stains on my work shirts. The location is not the best in the world, kind of run down, and there seems to be a problem with street people as noted in the other review. I dont hold that against the business though. I will continue to use this establishment.
