We sent in some very expensive drapes to be cleaned and were warned that maybe some spots may not come out. The cleaners NEVER told us that there was a possibility of the drapes SHREDDING while being cleaned!! thats exactly what happened!! The backing shredded completely!! The cleaners said this was due to sun damage and that they were willing to replace our rubber backing with cloth. That was unacceptable to us, since we gave them the drapes with rubber backing to begin with, and we rely on the rubber to maintain a comfortable temperature in our home. The owner took back her offer and told us that it was our loss. IF we had been warned ahead of time, we would NEVER have had them dry clean our drapes!! This is Pride Cleaners bad customer service and practice. They expect us to eat the cost of our very expensive drapes!! They refuse to compensate us in any way. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT GO TO PRIDE CLEANERS FOR ANY SERVICE!! This "family-owned" business is VERY POORLY RUN!!

I brought two pair of jeans to this place to be dry cleaned three times after purchasing the jeans. I never washed these jeans to keep them from srinking and fading. I was pleased with the first two trips to this place, so I naturally returned there when the jeans needed to be cleaned again. My jeans were washed instead of dry cleaned. As a result, they shrunk. I called them the next day to explain what happened so they could resolve the issue, but all I received was denials. They insisted the jeans were dry cleaned and could not have shrunk. This just happened yesterday, so I intend to speak with the manager on Monday. Date of service: 12/18/2015

After this dry cleaner destroyed 4 new designer shirts at a cost of $200/ piece, I will not return. The four shirts were sent in for dry cleaning and returned with shredded armpits. No flag was attached to the package upon pick up. The owner denied any wrong doing, nor was any apology or compensation extended to me. The owner feels as though she has enough satisfied customers so, she was not willing to admit wrong doing or ensure my satisfaction as a customer.

We left pants and shirts to be cleaned and upon my return, they were unable to locate the pants. Now, I agree that mistakes happen but I also believe there are consequences for our actions. This is a business that should be striving for our return. Would you agree that the least they could have done was to have not charged me for them, since they did not have them when they were needed?

They are very willing to work with your schedule when you get in a pinch. We drop everything there and have always been very happy with their service and quality! We dont trust anywhere else!
