I was hoping there was an option to leave .5 stars, but unfortunately there is not. The older Asian man who is stationed at the front desk is the most unprofessional, rude person that I have ever come across in a service business. I am I assume that he does not fully understand that he stays in business due to customers like myself, and my wife. He surely does not comprehend the value of customer care, or even common decency. He was extremely rude to my wife, made a few awful comments, and left her to wait for 20 min in the lobby while he was arguing with a credit collector about his high/Poor credit debt. Only to then snap at her when she asked a question regarding the cleaning times. My wife is a kind and decent woman as well. I would steer clear of this dry cleaning business as there are plenty of others who offer better service and quality of cleaning, for the same or even more competitive rates. Do not give your money to a person who is hostile, pathetic, and should not be in a service business. Lets reward the local businesses that deserve your support and provide great customer interactions/Quality work. Best Regards, -M-

Had no choice but to leave one star. Used them many times and there is an language barrier. Not sure why its easy for them to blame the items and not the horrible service they provide. If you are looking for a good cleaners do not use Perfect Cleaners. There errors is blamed on you not them. Common sense, experiences and logic those not apply to them. Not everyone has the knowledge or speaks garments lingo and when explainimg an simple task, once again there error falls on you not them. Being professional, kind and wanting to help. Its not them at all!!!

I would highly recommend Perfect Cleaners. They did an outstanding job washing my winter hat and down comforter... Fast service, very knowledgeable and affordable
