Fine cleaning work but owner lied about prices and what I would need to pay after they finished, both orally and on the receipt they gave me when I dropped off the coat. When I brought it up to him he laughed and told me to go somewhere else. Dont waste your money on swindlers. Take anywhere else.

For over 20 years even since 2004 we live on the west side of Ann Arbor we continue coming only here because of a high quality of work this man does- he takes time to clean difficult spots while some other places I tried close to our home either refuse to take a garment or return with a spot.

Packard Cleaners does an amazing job with all of my work slacks and coats. They are convenient because i can drop it off on my way to class or work in downtown Ann Arbor. I am a repeat customer and i recommend packard to everyone!
