I have used this cleaner for several years and have had no complaints. Recently there was a change with the help. I had picked up my cleaning a month ago and was missing a blouse. When I went in to ask about it I had to wake the older women working there up. She quickly dismissed me and told me they do not make mistakes and i received everything that was on the ticket. I asked her to have the manager or owner call me. I never got a call and when I asked her about it she rudely blew me off again. The customer service is absolutely gone. I would highly recommend finding a new dry cleaner to take your clothes to as you may not get them back. Shame on the owner for not taking better care of his customers.

Is there a half-star rating? because I would give it to them. They lost my clothes and then made me wait a week for them to try to get them back. Afterwards, they call me and tell me they found them, the lady even had the audacity to demand full payment and I did not even get an apology from her. AWFUL SERVICE. I am taking my business somewhere else for sure.

I have had amazing experience with them and have been going over a year. They do a great job a d always try to accommodate our needs. Their other location does same day if you get it there early enough they can get it back. But if I miss the deadline I just pick up at other location in hoschton. We do multiple drops a week
