Took in three pairs of pants a couple of days ago to be pressed - one pair of slacks and two pairs of casual chinos. I also needed a button on the back pocket of the slacks sown back on. The slacks were pressed fine, but the button is about half an inch up from the actual button whole, so I cant close it. The two pairs of chinos are ruined. I know having chinos pressed puts a lot of strain on the fabric, so Im used to my chinos not lasting as long as if I hand ironed them, but these pairs were completely fried in one go. The seams around the pickets are both burnt through. One of them had a crease pressed into the front, despite my specific request that that not be done, and those pants are burnt up and down the crease. Unbelievable. So for $10 I got a pair of slacks with a crooked button, and two chinos extra crispy.

Thank you for ruining well over $3000 worth of cashmere. I took 4 pieces in the other day to be cleaned and they completely ruined all 4. I dont know what process they use, but 2 of the tags fell off at the edges so it was definitely not gentle. They do not know how to handle cashmere. 2 of the pieces now feel rough to the touch! This is all high end cashmere, the best money can buy, it takes pretty terrible cleaning to make them feel rough. Terrible. Awful. DO NOT GO THERE! They will ruin your clothes like they ruined mine! One of the throws was limited edition and another pashmina I got in India years ago, aka, they were irreplaceable. Thank you Gold Bond for effectively sh*ting on years of memories. I dont normally cuss, but they have made me livid.

Like the commenter below, these guys ruined a cashmere sweater of mine and tried to blame me for everything that was wrong. Somehow the material came out rough and shrunk, and the sweater was a gift I had had for a little over a month at that point. It was awesome how the guy basically told me I was an idiot for even complaining about it and said I must have shrunk it and ruined the material before bringing it in. Right. I understand mistakes happen but you can maybe not be so rude when questioned about them. Maybe try them for less high-end stuff, but otherwise go somewhere else.

Terrible place. I wish there would be 0 stars to review it. The woman at the desk was very rude and impatient. Even though I told her about the stains, it was still there afterwards. I had to fight in order to get $2 off!!! The ironing is very badly done on the jacket I gave them (non symmetrical) and the color (white) looks dirtier than before bringing it to them. If you have fancy/quality stuff to dry clean, go somewhere else.

I left the cufflinks in a very nice shirt by accident when I dropped it off to get cleaned. When it came time to pick up and I realized it, the cufflinks were missing and no where to be found. Surprise surprise. The person behind the counter said that they couldnt do anything. I wouldnt trust this shop with anything of value and will certainly not be going back after they took the cufflinks right from a shirt.

This is the best dry cleaner outside Paris. You can trust them with anything, from Chanel to St. John to your grandmothers lace tablecloth. They are a little pricey, but worth it. And free storage of winter clothes, which is a fantastic service.

These guys are amazing , they charge the most , take the longest and still do a shoddy job , they casually threw away my suit cover and later told me " Oh we never keep the covers , did no one tell you ?" not even an apology !! ...Stay away !
