Well, I wouldve given this place a great review but now Ill NEVER go here again. Im really upset with them. I sent in a sweater for dry cleaning and theyve successfully cleaned this exact sweater before and it was fine. This time it came back completely ruined. It looked exactly to me like it had been thrown in the wash- it was felted, way too small for me suddenly, and full of holes. The owner called me about it and said that moth eggs created all those holes. Ive NEVER had moths on my clothes before. And what would cause the shrinkage???? He didnt offer to pay for it. It was an expensive sweater and now its ruined. I dont recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. Even if it truly were their processes that caused my sweater to be totaled I think they should offer to replace it- because if this is truly a common problem, then I would think they lose a lot of customers... I do like the manager Jo- shes sweet, but the owner is the one who gave me that story. And, one of the employees also was like a used car saleswoman about whether I should get a couple things dry cleaned or not. It annoyed me tremendously, especially after the manager came out and said the exact opposite thing.

Terrible experience. I dropped off a suit jacket and told them that I needed it for an interview and they lost it! When I walked in to pick up my jacket, the person at the front desk was playing on her phone eating candy out of the jar on the counter. I gave her my ticket and she said that their machine broke down and my jacket hadnt been cleaned. I told her Id take it anyways but she said she didnt know where it was. She called the store manager, but of course he doesnt answer nor does he call back during the 20 minutes I was waiting. Meanwhile, other customers are waiting in line and sure enough, none of their items were washed either. The girl at the front desk basically just told everyone to leave because she didnt know where peoples clothes were and wasnt going to make an effort to find them either. I went back a week later and got my item. The manager charged me full price and just put the blame on his employee rather than taking ownership. This review is only for the Martinizing on Packard St. Ive used the one on Stadium Dr. and had consistently good experiences there.

Ive had great experiences with One Hour Martinizing on Packard. They always make sure Im getting the best price with available coupons or membership discounts. They even remind me what days they have specials on cleaning specific items like sweaters. The cleaning is excellent and Ive even used their mending services when hems and seams have come unraveled. When I lost my phone and thought I left it there, the young women working at the store was extremely helpful and used the store phone to dial my mobile number. Thanks to her quick thinking, I was able to retrieve my phone from a women that found it in a parking lot across town.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner of the Packard store. After taking a new sweater in for a cleaning it came back permeated with perfume and had crumbs all over the sleeves. It has subsequently been cleaned 3 additional times and he guaranteed that the odor was gone because he personally "stuck" his nose in the sweater. He would not entertain a damage fee for the sweater because he knew it was cleaned. The odor lingers; I cannot wear it because of a perfume allergy. And he was so rude and seemingly cared less that he had lost a customer.

Selected this place for their advertised 1-hour service for clothes I needed for an interview, but the staff made it seem like they would have to go out of their way to do me a favor. Confused? Furthermore I discovered two holes in my sweater just before heading out to dinner with the interview staff...way to make a statement! I had traveled a long way for the interview and couldnt do anything about the holes. I dont trust them not to do it again.

Terrible service. They advised my dry cleaning would be ready for pick up at 4pm the next day, but come 4pm, I show up and theyve misplaced a suit (which was needed the following day). Completely unapologetic and despite taking my phone number to provide an update, I had to call back myself the next day for a follow up. Will never recommend to anyone!

Aaaaaaandd dont go here. How hard is it to take my shirts, mark them with my name and return them to me? I just picked up shirts marked as mine and Ive never seen them before. I have someone elses shirts and some shmuck is running around with my quality shirts due to their incompetence.

Do not use their service. They destroyed my clothes and they had the guts to tell me that my clothes were already damaged when I brought them to the store. Staff is very rude and the manager never returned my calls. Store Plymouth rd, Ann Arbor, MI.

Excellent service - I dropped off a shirt that I needed pressed for a wedding that day, and they took the time right away to do so for me, having it ready in minutes. Would visit again anytime I need dry cleaning service.

I took in a bridesmaid dress the day before the wedding and they steamed out the wrinkles in 10 minutes while I waited, plus 30% off because it was my first visit.
