Have been using this cleaner for a while and set up pick up and delivery services. In which they bill you each time they pick up your clothes. I had two separate incidents in which the improperly billed me. The first time they charged another customers cleaning to my account. Which mistakes happen, so we gave them a second chance. Now they say they skipped a bill and are charging me for apparent services from a month ago in July. The manager was no help in correcting this and just told us that this happens. We will be going to another cleaner from now on. Horrible customer service

I would give 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the customer service. I had a young lady (probably a high schooler) taking care of us. She was very unprofessional, rude and wearing an outfit inappropriate for the service industry. The other, older, staff memebers seemed great. Its sad that one person can have such an influence on a business perception and experience.

These guys are great. They do everything in house. I have had t-shirts, polos, and hats embroidered and screen printed here and everything was fantastic. They are also going to clean and preserve my wedding dress. I love that everything is done in house and English is everyones first language.
