I have rarely had such poor service from any business. At this point, I have no intention of supporting this business in any way financially and will do my best to discourage anyone from doing the same. I called Cachet Cleaners Mon 9/24/12 about having two dresses drycleaned (bought for Halloween at a thrift store for $10 total, one a plain black dress, one a gaudy but colorful one, both reeking of cigarette smoke). Over the phone Won Kim quoted a price of approx $10 ($9 and change). Before leaving them, I asked Won Kim again in person, as no prices are listed in the store. She again said the $9ish price. I had to ask twice if this was together or separate before she indicated the price was per item: not as good as the initial quote, but still reasonable. I returned Fri 9/28 to pick up my items and was given an $80+ bill. When I asked why, Ms. Kim responded "fancy dress cost more." When I brought up the original quote, she denied it and began shout in loudly, in mixed english and her native language, snatching the dresses and saying shed just go throw them away. I insisted to speak with the manager, at which time Won Kim, still yelling, slammed her cell phone into the front desk. Owner Joey Kim (relation to Won Kim unknown, but the cleaners is apparently family-run) replied to my complaint that 1) Cachets pricing started at the $9 price but could be much higher, though not mentioned in the stores signage or when I dropped the dresses off, 2) I must have misunderstood Won Kim, who was still yelling in her native tongue while I was talking to the owner, 3) if the dresses were just $10, I should just go buy new ones, and 4) Won Kim was telling him "a completely different story" that hed have to check out. Joey Kim said he was out of town, but first thing the next week, he would look at the dresses and call me back. Joey Kim did not call me back. A week passed. Finally, on Fri 10/6, I managed to a number for him from one of Cachets other employees. Joey did not apologize and furthermore said he could bring down the price to $40 for the two dresses, but would not honor the price Won Kim had quoted before.

I have to say I have never in my life seen such poor work from a dry cleaners. I took a $30.00 sleeveless fake fur one side/polyester vest/casual to these people. They charged me $19.99 to clean it! When I asked again if I heard her correctly, she begins to tell me she only charged me half of the price!!! Not only that, my vest came back with a hole in the seam about 2 inches long (it was worn once and for a very short time), along with the ENTIRE white polyester side ruined with all this faded out coloration of all different colors, bright blues, stains in light purples, streaked all across and all over the vest! I called her asking her only to sew up the hole and thought they should clean the vest again. She LITERALLY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN. We got into a screaming match and she is the rudest, most pompous woman in business I believe I have ever met in my life. They will NEVER get anymore of my business, and I have been a client for a long time paying their exuberant prices for the convenience of the location. Never again! Beware public.

Will never ever use them again. I have been using them for months and never really though about the cost, until today. I picked up 6 pairs of slacks, 3 sweaters and 1 t-shirt that needed the armpit sewn up. Yesterday my wife picked up the other 7 dress shirts I had dropped off. She told me the cost was $58,50 total. I told her that was a little expensive, and asked the lady (name unknown) if she had charged my wife for the shirts already, and she replied "No Sir." When I got home with todays pickup, my wife was asked how much it was. In discussion, it comes to light that Cachet did in fact charge my wife an additional $24.60 for the 7 shirts. I called the cleaners and talked to the same lady and asked the lady again if she had charged my wife and she said yes. NEVER EVER USE THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!! DRIVE OUT OF YOU WAY TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR 1/2 THE COST. I KNOW I WILL BE.

Unfortunately, we recently had a very bad experience here. We regularly take my sons tuxedo shirt for band to get cleaned. It costs $5, but its always been very clean, well pressed, etc. 2 weeks ago I took my daughters formal dress to be cleaned and steamed. $29? That seems high, but there was a small light colored stain on the front, so I figured it was our fault for having it extra dirty. It came back with the same stain on it and when I asked about it she just said "no clean". Yeah. No kidding. Then I told her I would pay, but she needed to send it out again to get it actually clean. She said no. So I tried to take the dress and she said I had to pay. I said no. We are not going back.

This is the rudest bunch of people I have ever met in my life and checking from others reviews, I see this is the census of others as well. The "woman" that served me did not even look up at me, say anything, or even say thank you. She in fact just slung her finger to point to my order and rushed me out the door. When my husband called days earlier to find out the price to have his suit cleaned, this woman was extremely rude to him as well! I will take my business to someone else that appreciates our money as well as our business. Do not use this cleaners unless you want to be treated like trash!

Put our clothes in the cleaners. When we went to pick up our clothes paid the casier...then she told us our shirt had a stain in it but she couldnt find the shirt. Told us to wait for her husband to show up at 4:15...she closed the store at 4:00....husband never came! Next day picked up our shirt with stain in it that we know was not in it before they cleaned it...will NEVER go back! Awful

I use them all the time and have received nothing but good service from them. They are very polite. Sometimes people need to slow down their busy lives and just say hello. They are very nice people and I have had some great conversations with them. The quality of their service is great. I have been using them for four or five years now and have not had any issues what-so-ever.

Worst dry cleaner ever. Took my clothes 2 different times for "same day cleanining" as advertised in bright lights on their front window. Just to have them say not this week the first time. The next week the lady say."Not today!" And very rude!

The lady behind the counter is a complete snob and rude to customers...Their prices are considerably higher than other places Ive gone. (10.50 for a man shirt and a light sweater). Wont go there again.
