If I could give negative a million stars I WOULD!! They are horrible!!! First of all good luck finding anyone to talk to that speaks english!! The owner, who actually DOES speak english is an arrogant a**hole. They lost my comforter!! How can anyone lose a COMFORTER???!! After going in and calling everyday for over three weeks I finally came to terms with the fact that the real reason my comforter wasnt ready yet was because it was most likely lost. I went in and confronted them with this they said no its just not ready yet. When I asked that my comforter be given to me clean or not they admitted that it was lost. The owner refused to speak with me. He also refused to answer my calls or call me back. Furthermore, they advertise that they offer environmental friendly procedures in all three of their stores: one on S. Ashely St, the other in Lampost Plaza and the third in Westgate on Jackson Ave. THEY DONT! Their store smells like PERC- a chemical that is extremely harmful to the environment as well as people. Not only will they lose your clothes (COMFORTER?? REALLY??), but they will also fail to iron them, return them with more stains, damage them, treat you rudely, never reimburse you and to top it all off: commit advertising fraud! What great business people!

I brought a wool coat smelling of cat urine to be cleaned. When I dropped it off, I told them that it was peed on by our male cat. They charged me $17 to clean the coat and told me it will cost 3x more money to get the smell out! The coat is, of course, useless. If I had been told that it would cost me over $60 to clean the coat, I would not have done it. The young woman at the counter was pleasant and apologized for her ignorance when I dropped the coat off. However, they had no problem letting me pay for her training. I will never use Armen again.

I took my suit here to get it cleaned before heading to a wedding in Traverse City. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and said I needed it by Friday. They said no problem. Actually it was a problem because when I went to pick up the suit on my way up north I found it crinkled in a bin, obviously unwashed. They had no excuse and the only solace they could offer me was, "We wont charge you for it." Are you kidding? It is in worse shape than when I picked it up. Of course youre not going to charge me for it. I wont go here again.

If you want to (i) go to a dry cleaner repeatedly to remind them to finally clean your clothes; (ii) then learn that they created *more* stains on them and were not able to remove the existing ones; (iii) and are also capable to break zippers; (iv) and then argue with the management about these issues without success; (v) not just one time, but twice now -- then this is the place to go. P.S.: I wish I could give negative stars, because this place does not even deserve one star.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Armen Cleaners and their staff. The staff is incredibly friendly, they provide reliable and quick service, they have removed tough stains, and have even saved me money by informing me a service I was requesting wasnt necessary. Ive been going to Armen Cleaners for years and highly recommend them.
