Never have used them for dry cleaning but tried to use them to have a suit tailored, WOW what a mistake. This lady that does the work for them is not one to promise times of completion. Feel bad because I think she must have other things going on, she is hardly ever there, she misses appointments without calling, and is never done when she says. I missed my suit being tailed in time to go to a wedding and had to rent one at the last minute. The bad thing was she didnt even care.
