I have been a customer of One Stop Cleaners for a couple of years, after just doing a search on the internet to find the closest cleaners. I can say that was one of the best searches I ever did. The husband and wife that own One Stop are incredibly sweet, very responsive to requests and easily accommodate you no matter when you need something back. They have convenient hours and a great rewards program that has saved me $45 since I started going. There are plenty of options when choosing a Cleaners and price is certainly an important decision point. They have extremely competitive prices, better than Ive seen most places, and truly the smiles and relationships they build with people will keep you coming back.

Brought four pairs of pants to be hemmed, she didnt have my sons try them on with their shoes because she was in a rush, theyre ALL way too short and look stupid, and the pair of dress pants that needed the waist let out has a terrible pucker in the buttcrack where she didnt do a good job of matching the two halves of the pants back up when they were paired back up. Four pairs of pants... RUINED. The two pairs of dress pants are for my sons to wear at our wedding at the end of the month. Im disgusted. Maybe they do dry cleaning well, but would NEVER bring her another pair of pants to butcher.

This business ruined the fur trim on a pristine Coach winter jacket and blamed the damage on my wife as "wear". Strange that they did a great job cleaning the same coat only 6 months prior and now suddenly it has 20 years of "wear" damage. Fur trim looked like it was overheated or chemically melted. They refused to compensate for the damage and would not refund the cleaning cost. Now thats putting the customer first!

I have been a customer for 8 years. A family owned business where they are always friendly, open on time, never late on pick up day. Never missing a button or seen hem come loose. Not sure about prices - havent been anywhere else in some time. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for many years of great service!! BDS

I took my two Tiger jerseys there and they said they tried cleaning them three times and wouldnt come clean. I received them back in a worse condition than before. The jerseys are white and had two little stains. I took them home and got the stains out myself. Very disappointed. will never be back

Costumer for 2 years. Very polite and willing to accommodate. Needed dry cleaning next day and they agreed after some conversation. Not sure if they charged more, but quality was fantastic. Will continue to get service from them.

Came in to pick up my dress and it was balled up on a pile of laundry not touched...i was given a different dress that wasnt mine...i was leaving the next day for a wedding in Mexico.
