I usually take my dry cleaning to two cleaners. On Sat. I went to Kameo Cleaners to drop off dry cleaning. The store hours said it opened at 8 so I arrived at 8 but no lights were on etc. I waited for another 10-12 minutes and was ready to leave when a car pulled in. A man named George opened the door and appeared to have arrived by the seat of his pants. The inside of the cleaners was freezing. Today I went to pick up my dry cleaning, George was there again. There was a male customer ahead of me who had a large order so I waited patiently. When it was my turn, George acted like he was going to take care of my order but another man came in and dropped his dry cleaning on the counter. However, when the man realized I was next he told George to take care of me. Instead, George proceeded to ignore me and take care of the man instead. When I expressed dissatisfaction, George acted "dumb as if he was not conscious of what he did when it was very evident he knew exactly what he did. I do not know if he thinks it was OK because I am a Hispanic woman but at any rate it was very insulting and demeaning. Very poor behavior. The irony is that George is clearly Hispanic. HIS BEHAVIOR NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS.

I love this cleaners! They are absolutely the BEST! They are extremely professional and the owner is super nice as she knows ALL OF HER CUSTOMERS by their last name, what a sweet and personal touch! My clothes are always cleaned at a top-notch rate! They are always able to attack and get out any stain that I indicate upon dropping off my clothes! Its so nice to pick up my familys dry cleaning and know that all of our clothes are going to glimmer and look as new as the first day they were pruahased.
