I was forced to find another dry cleaner because my previous location was shut down due to lease being up and unfortunately they didnt relocate. So I tried DryClean Depot based on reviews and location. At first I was impressed with DryClean Depot, good turn around time and even has an email notification alert in place to let me know when my clothes are ready for pick up. Especially handy when I might need a shirt earlier than normal ... but ....within several weeks I became disappointed that my shirts would have creases, small ones at first, quite large ones now. The pleats on my sleeves around my cuffs have never been done right. Kind of embarrassing really to have awful creases next to attention drawing cuff links. But the straw that broke the camels back is the smell on the clothing. If I bring in garments and have them returned smelling ten times worst than when I bring them in, thats a problem. I had this problem two dry cleaners ago, he blamed it on the city water. Maybe they use well water or they reuse the same water over and over, it certainly smells this way. But for crying out loud install filtration systems. Dont return my clothes smelling like stale reused month old well water. Maybe its the starch they use, I dont know so Ill try without starch. I will use this location two more times. I admit it seems to be prominent when its a hot day and last time the temperatures were in the high 80s. But summer is coming round the corner and this is going to be a problem. Its a shame because the staff are very friendly, pricing is fair, turn around time with alerts and location would have made it a great local dry cleaner.

I took a pair of $200 Robert Rodriguez gold shorts to Dry Clean Depot to be cleaned. Typically, I dont take my nicer things here but since I was taking mostly work clothes, I figured they should be able to handle the shorts as my regular cleaners does. When I picked my things up and took them home; I had thought they had given me another customers grey shorts but soon discovered, they had somehow burned off all the gold tone and the shorts were now gray. I was the first person back the next morning and spoke to Ivan, the manger on duty (I had called the day before but no one ever picked up the line). Ivan attempted to read the care tag which was also burned off and said he had to talk to the owner to see "what they could do" assuring me he would call me later in the day... which he didnt. He also did not call the next day either so back i went; speaking to the afternoon manager who said he would have Ivan call me. Again, I showed up the next morning (this is not my 3rd trip to the cleaners) and spoke to Ivan again and asked why he had not contacted me as promised. He only said; "sorry". The owner happened to be there but never had the service skills to come and apologize to me. The only offered me 10 x the cost of the cleaning $30 which they said they had to mail.. we will see if it shows. I am so disappointed and my shorts are ruined! Never go here; after I told a friend about my experience, she told me they had lost one of her husbands custom made shirts.. at least they paid he the full amount back!

Went back there today to drop off another comforter and a dry clean item. I was greeted by Dante and he was tagging up an article of clothing and said go there and I will assist you. I stated no problem and that I want Adam to assist me. He laughed and says Adam is a popular guy today. We talked and Adam advised that I am the famous Chuck Charles and Dante comes over to talk to me. We talked and laughed about the whole prior situation. I told them both that they are not involved in what miscommunication I had on my prior visit. I told Dante that what he had instructed the female cashier to do on my prior visit was correct and that she felt unsure after he had college to attend and left for the day. I told Dante and Adam the female cashier was so confused asked me to come back later or wanted to wait for Ivan Perez (store manager) who was on lunch wanting to enjoy his sandwich came to the front after completing his sandwich. In the end I hope I dont have to be greeted, assisted or spoken to by Ivan in my future visits to this location. I will continue to take my business to Dryclean depot. Thank you Adam, Dante and Mark.

I miss my customers. I am sorry I had to leave the cleaners. I am pretty sure everyone that knew me has seen me on the news and I can say this I was only defending me and my property that is all I can say. I just wanted to add a quick note. I thank you for all of the stories and words of wisdom everyone shared with me in the, Two years I worked for the company. I knew you all by name, I met your children even your pets and honestly I really miss my customers I used to get on a regular basis. I have court tomarrow at 8:30 at the 47th district court in Farmington . If anyone would like to come and support me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to all my customers. I put 3 polo jogging suits in the cleaners to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up it was evident that they had been laundered. I expressed my concern with the manager and I was told that because the tags said they could be washed, they washed them. What kinda crap is that? But, it gets better. The clothes had faded and they had shrunk so the same manager told me that they could stretch them back to the original state. What kinda crap is that? But, it gets better. So after they stretch them, I go to pick them up and 2 jogging suits where unable to be located and the manager asked me if she could have til Monday to find them. What kinda crap is that? I plan on going to court and get the replacement cost of my items including the 1 jogging suit that I have in my possession that was washed because its still faded and shrunken.

Dryclean Depot has taken dry cleaning to another level, they have set the standard. I was late getting my garment in but needed it before 5:00, the customer service personnel said they would try to have it ready and if so they would email me when to pick it up. True to their word I received an email and was able to pick up my garment much earlier than expected. Who does that other than Dryclean Depot? I have enjoyed many of Dryclean Depot online promotions and customers loyalty programs. I have been a long time customer of Dryclean Depot and they continue to exceed my expectations, the customer service and quality work is awesome and their low prices are unbeatable........Thank you Dryclean Depot
