Horrible customer service. A coat that I took there to be cleaned was ripped and not cleaned properly. My coat was still dirty when I pulled off the plastic to wear it. I called the cleaners and then took my coat back to show the owner the condition of the coat. The female owner basically blamed the tear in my coat on poor stitching by the manufacturer, said she would fix tear but got an attitude, and said I should tell her "thank you" when I asked her if she would be repairing the tear for free. She also said that she would re-clean my coat but that re-cleaning it could damage it. I decided that I would rather have a refund. I asked her 3 or 4 times if I could get a refund. After ignoring me, her daughter or co-worker said that I would not be given a refund. I then directly addressed the owner/original lady that I had been dealing with and asked if she was refusing to give me a refund. She curtly said that she had already gotten my money and procceeded to try to be dismissive. I then informed both ladies that they had lost me...a long time customer...due to this horrible customer service and handling of my situation. Do not give them your business. Beware!!!

We have been customers there for years and no problem with repairs. I paid extra money few days prior to Easter to get my sons pants hemmed. When he wore the pants, the hem line was too high. My husband 1st took the pants back. She said that she needed my son to correct the situation. I took my son the next day with the same shoes he had on the 1st time. I showed her how the pants werent hemmed correctly. She constantly tried to find reasons not to correct the pants even after taking the hem out of one of the pant legs. She refused to correct he situation. One of the pants leg is not hemmed at all. I have to pay someone else to correct the pants.

I purchased 6 new white work shirts for approximately $35 each in October. Last month when I picked up my shirts from A Cleaners they were pink. She re- cleaned them several times however they were still light pinkish in color. I tried working with her on a resolution and the only thing she was willing to give me with $10 per shirt. I wanted to meet her in the middle of the road and said $15 per shirt but she was not willing to budge. I will never use the cleaners again

"I WAS REGULAR TOO" Took my shirt there to get cleaned, looked nice at first until i got home and noticed bleach stains on the front and back of my aqua dress shirt. Asked to fix it she said she couldnt, asked her to replace it she says she wont. DONT TAKE A CHANCE WITH A CLEANERS

Very good cleaners. I dont use cleaners alot, but when I go the lady behind the counter always remembers my name. She also does a great job on repairs. They are very fast on repairs and cleaning. Ive never had a problem there.
