Well I have had a storage unit here for almost 3 months with no problems... But then... I have went 2-3 times a week to pay my storage and nobody has been there to accept my payment... I go the last time and again doors locked but cars parked in the lot... While I am on the phone with corporate trying to get this fixed, 2 people come out and start asking me questions as if I am a nuisance, and the man snatched my phone from me while I am talking to a Byron from the corporate office... I had to physically get out of my car and snatch my phone back... Byron hears all of this and says he sent in 3 separate complaints to management and I would receive a call back and get this all fixed in the next business day... It has been 3 business days since this incident and no phone call... So I just spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and cant seem to find someone that can actually help me. So I am sitting here with 3 weeks worth of late fees, due to no fault of my own, and no help... Also as I am sitting in the parking lot their gate to the storage units is opening and closing on its own!!!! Yet half the time I out my pin into the keypad the gate wont open for me to get in... I dont feel like my stuff is safe at all and now I dont even know what is going on with my things! I am sooooo upset and idk what to do.... They gave me a "corporate" number for this specific location on Gorey Ave and it isnt corporate, both numbers I was given is the actual storage location where I have been having all these issues. Mind you the 2 ppl just tell me they store weed there and thats all their association with the place! I am lost and confused on what to do now. Update: Just spoke to the "manager" Darious and he lied to me saying the "management" who he then called "customers" made a police report on me, which is an impossibility, because I sat in that parking lot and finished my conversation with the man on the phone after these 2 left and not to mention they didnt have any of my info to make a report in the first place. Now I am contacting the Police and heading up to the storage unit, because I know those cameras picked up what happened although he is telling me they didnt. Also lied and told me he couldnt give me his bosses number to contact which I know by law if a higher up is asked for they have to provide that information or a the very least take my number and have me cntacted by his supervisor/boss. I hope this guy has his green card...

4 times now been locked out for the keypad to the gate doors. Huge waste of time and you cant get to your stuff when they are closed. Suppose to be 24 hour access. Or at least until 11 pm poor poor service.

Flint Stor-All is a cool place to store your things. With cheap prices its a great deal to stor stuff there. So go there and store your stuff. With friendly service, your stuff is safe.
