My fiance and I rented two 5x10 units from them. We went in for a 10x10, and Karen came back with 2 5x10s next to each other. It was 15/month cheaper, and it actually works out pretty good for what we are going to use it for. We also rented a truck from them, and that was just as easy. Upon returning later that same night, our code for th gate did not work. We called their number off of a Google Search, and a support specialist on the line gave us a temporary code to use while ours was being fixed. Everything has been a breeze so far. The units are dry, sturdy, and I feel comfortable with our belonging there. -Mason and Lauren

Karen and Sandy were so helpful with my request, they found the perfect size for our needs, and got us signed up quickly for our short rental. The unit was very clean, easy to enter, and secured perfectly. We recommend this site to anyone who has storage needs.

So helpful and nice to work with! While moving from 5 hours away they worked with me to complete as much as possible of the required paperwork over the phone. On the day of the move I was trying to get to their office before the end of the business day to sign the paperwork but after a 4 hour delay I couldnt make it in time. They were so helpful and really worked with me so that everything worked out.

This is the second time Ive rented a unit here. Office staff is great, just not happy with the added cost for renters insurance every month Since National storage took over. Since I only store Christmas and baby stuff here, Ill be emptying soon. Also dont like the time restrictions on when i can access my unit.
