I was moving to Davison from Alabama and was lucky to be helped by U store in Davison. They were booked solid, but had me on a wait list. The week before I moved up there they called and said they had a unit opening up. Just in time! They could have easily forgotten about me, but Grant called and left me a message on a Saturday night, assuring me a unit that Monday... After arriving, I realized why they were so full...the place is immaculately clean and organized, ad the location is perfect right off interstate I-69. The office manager, Pam, was so nice in helping getting me checked in! She also assisted in taking in the uhaul that I rented for the move. Moving can be stressful by itself, but Pam and Grant at Davison U-store truly showed they care and I am very thankful. 5 stars all the way! Thank you very much!!

I was told when I signed the lease that I would be able to pay for partial months since we didnt know when our move would take place. Grant Jones, the manager, told me that they would prorate the month for us when our move took place. When I tried to contact them about our move, the phone numbers said they were disconnected. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told they give no refunds. He said he never told me that to begin with and it is spelled out in the lease. Obviously I wouldnt do business with them again.

Grant has helped alot and they have worked with me on so many occasions I can say nothing bad about them they are very fair and very clean place I def recommend them to anyone .
