I have no complaints about the property itself, however, I chose this property because I felt the price was reasonable. In the three years I have used this storage unit my price has raised half as much again as the original price. They have raised it by $5 each year, then $6 this year. That is a HUGE increase considering I had the smallest unit they have. The place is clean, they have carts for your use in the buildings. Lights are movement controlled. Not a bad place, I just think if there are going to be increases that they be reasonable and I also think that I should have a choice if I want insurance on my items and not be forced into it. I have cleaned out my unit as I am not willing to pay such a huge increase. Ive already tolerated too many large increases.

I had a great experience with finding a storage unit at Public Storage. Betty was able to show me the unit I reserved online, which didnt quite work out as I planned, and then was able to promptly suggest a more suitable unit that was available. She was polite, professional and very helpful. I also dealt with Scott when I purchased a couple sofa covers. He was especially helpful when I forgot to bring the covers with me by allowing me to quickly purchase new ones and even return the old ones. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for safe and secure place with great customer service!

Have used Public Storage before and was quite happy. When we moved to the Lake Orion area we decided to drop in that location and check the place out. After meeting with John we were sold. His honesty and loyalty really showed. He took us on a tour of the available units and showed us the grounds. Very clean operation. As you might have guessed, we decided to use their service and am mighty glad we have. I would recommend John and Public Storage to anyone. Thank You! Bill

So happy I chose this location! Dealing with moving, Ive been extremely stressed and overwhelmed and its been really expensive but coming to this location and seeing the smiling faces of John and Kara I felt like I finally had some positivity in my life, FINALLY!! Rented a storage unit from John earlier this month and things could not have been better. When I got to the property to rent he took me out and showed me the unit and property and made sure I knew all about when I could access and did it so professionally. He also showed me how to protect my things for when we make the move. Thank you john for all your assistance. If you need a storage unit, I recommend using this location and John. You wont be disappointed.

I rented a storage unit at this location from Oct 08 until Dec 13. Overall it was a good experience. The location was always clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They worked with me during the rough times, so that I was never in trouble with payments. That being said, the expense of this place is fairly high, but you do get what you pay for. If I were to live in the AH/LO area again and needed a storage unit, I would come back here.

I only gave it a four because corporate determines pricing and that is out of the hands of the location. It is clean and well maintained and secure. In winter the blacktop is kept plowed and I never had any problem accessing my storage unit. The location is easy to get from and although it is a pain during rush hour, I have never really had any problem getting out either.

Great experience at this public storage. We rented various units here from october 09 tip april 14. The location was always clean and in great shape. John was very helpful with anything we may have needed. Such as the times when we either upgraded or downgraded size of our unit. I would highly recommend this public storage location to anyone looking for a storage location.

I was helped by John. I went in not really knowing what size unit to rent, he was able to choose based on what I told him I needed to store. He was very informative and pleasant! My overall experience was really good. I had a terrible experience in the past at another storage place. John was upfront about the insurance and all costs.

We rented a unit at Public Storage for a few years and had absolutely no issues. The property is well taken care of, information is easy to get and payments are very easy to do online. John has great customer service... he helped wave an extra fee I was sceptical about paying when moving out today! All around a great experience :)
