Natl storage in highland has met ALL of our storage needs for the past 3 years. We stored household items in a unit during a move from Traverse City to Milford. The unit was dry & easily accessible. The lot is well secured with fencing with an easy in & out gate with our own per sonal code. We now store our new RV there. We have never had a problem with break ins etc. I feel relieved that the mgr lives onsite with her family. Laura is amazing. She goes above & beyond the call of duty to help her customers.

I have had a great experience with National Storage. I called a few storage places near me, and out of all of them National Storage had the best price and most importantly was the most polite. Seemed happy that I called, and did everything I could to make sure I understood and was happy with my storage unit. At the office, set up was fast, easy and again a polite pleasant experience.

They have a number of pull through slots for RVs but the road inside to the lot is very crowded and has businesses along it. Very unusual for a storage facility. Do not recommend
