Ive been renting a unit here for many years. It had been a while since I had been there personally (my husband usually will go) and I had completely forgot everything on how to get in. I went to the office to see if I could get the information. I spoke with Melissa, oh my goodness, she was so awesome! She was able to give me the information I needed and she never made me feel like an idiot (which I already did). She actually made me feel better about feeling so stupid. She answered several questions I had, as well as showing me another unit I asked to see. The whole time I talked to her she was absolutely great! They are very lucky to have an employee like her

From the very first day when I walked into this place of business and to right now with having my personal stuff stored here the staff of Chris and Anup have been nothing but helpful and kind. There were a few times where I wanted to pull my hair out dealing with all of these minor details of my storage unit but again there was Chris and Anup to give me a guiding hand and to make things more understandable and I knew that I was secured in leaving my personal items at this storage facility. The staff at this location are professional, amazing and they always do a great job with a smile on their faces. Thank you both for everything. You are AWESOME!!!

The experience was good. I just feel that the staff can be more forth coming regarding the fee for storage. $17.99 for the lock, up to $15 for insurance you have to purchase or you cannot store your items there. I was not told any of this and having never rented a storage unit before did not even know to ask. I asked about any fees associated with the rental since the $1 first month was too good to be true. I was told about a $15 administration fee and that is all. My first month ended up costing over $60. Ask lots of questions.

The Public Storage in Rochester Hills was very well kept. The security that was provided by the facility felt safe and protected. The sales person, Anup was extremely helpful. He answered my questions before I could ask and he made sure I understood everything about the facility. We walked to the storage unit as he kept a watchful eye on the surroundings. Cleaning up anything that was out of place. He made it very comforting to store my positions at his shelter.

I love this storage unit they are always friendly people Anup is a great guy very kind, very considerate and understanding, he is definitely a people person always willing to talk to you and help you anyway he can and I would absolutely recommend this storage unit location to any and all my friends and family because Anup has always been there for me and my dad who rent storage units there and our experience with him has always been a great one

Second time Ive rented a storage space from this location. Anup was extremely friendly and professional. Showed me the space ( I was storing a car) and explained all the details to me. The facility is always clean and well lit and easy to drive through.Sign-up was fast and easy. I came back a second time because my first experience was so good. Im sure Ill be back for a third time as well. Keep up the good work!

Very clean, easy to find, great location. Anup was very gracious, took time to explain everything and gave me a tour. Simple contract. Online registration easy, great discount. Big assortment packing supplies and Anup helped carry them out! Whats really great is the unit I rented is wider than deep, so it will be easy to access my things and has a wide door. Very happy I chose this location.

An up, the manager here was amazing. She was so helpful and informative. The property is always well maintained. The district manager named Dawn was there as well when I was at the location. She was so helpful and pleasant. Seems like it would be a great place to work and am glad I store my belongings in such a well managed and well secured location. I would recommend there two to anyone!!

My experience with Anup was cordial and very professional. I arrived in my small car today just to sign my move-in paperwork, as I wont move in until tomorrow. Anup even went out of his way to help me fit my many boxes (that I purchased from Public storage) into my small car. Now that is GREAT customer service. I highly recommend Public Storage and Anup to anyone.

Reserved online for a 10x30 unit to get the $1 first rental special. With administrative fees and insurance, the total came to about $80, which was great! The manager, Anup, on duty was helpful - showing the rental unit, the lock/key/security code operation. The storage facility is clean and conveniently located - near an express way.

I am clearing out my unit soon and can honestly say I will miss going in to the office to chat with Anup. Intelligent conversation is hard to find and I will miss our chats. Great service and a clean, efficient facility. After I move, you can bet I will be looking for one of your other locations if I require more storage needs.

The process was rather easy, and Anup was very helpful. Im happy with the space and its pretty easy to access. The only thing I didnt like was that the website promoted 15% off the monthly rent if you reserved online. So I reserved online, but didnt receive 15% off my monthly rent.

Stopped in to look at several units at this location, and Anup was so patient and helpful. The property was so clean and well kept. I have never stored before so I didnt know what to expect. I will be going back when my husband is back in town. Way above pleased with the location.

Needed a lock drilled, was told I needed to set up an appointment, which I did. I showed up at the assigned time, and an hour later the person that drills the locks had sill not shown up. What should of been a 10 minute process, took over 2 hours.
