Great customer service does still exist!!!! During the holiday season it seems as those people who work with the public forget to be nice but that was not the case with Samantha at this public storage. I came in with my 2 yr old son looking for info on renting storage as I will be moving next month. Samantha was wonderful. She explained everything to me in great detail as I have never had to store before. She was so nice and went way above and beyond when my son was getting crabby she engaged him in conversation and gave him a pencil and paper to draw on so he didnt feel left out. I cant tell you how many people I have come across that would have been annoyed and gotten an attitude with me for having my 2 yr old with me. But not her!! Samantha. We thank you very much for your kindness and your patience with my son while I asked a ton of "stupid" questions. I will be back to rent!!!

My dealings at Public Storage have been with Samantha. If someone else is in the office I wave and go about my way. Samantha was the person I dealt with when I first started using Public Storage. She is pleasant, professional and makes me feel my belongs are SAFE. She is always pleasant and professional. One of the reasons I didnt want to sign up for direct payment was I got to see her at least once a month. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products Public Storage has to offer. I have recommended Public Storage and will continue. I tell my friends to ask for Samantha.

Samantha was amazing!!! I came to public storage with all my stuff because of a bad living situation that I had to leave in a hurry. I was in tears and didnt know what I was doing as I have never rented before. Samantha was kind, caring and extremely sympathetic. She listened to me go on and on about whats going wrong in my life and never once seemed annoyed or frustrated. She showed me my space, how to use my gate code and how to use the lock. Public storage has a really amazing manager at this location. Thank you Samantha!!!!

Samantha and Phillisha were great. I came to public storage with an emergency move, both ladies were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. They made a horrible situation a lot easier than I could have expected. I had gone to another company first and was not happy with the way the employee had an attitude and seemed inconvenienced that I was there. The level of customer service I received at public storage was far more superior and I am truly greatful.

We use our storage unit for my Grandmother and my sisters items. During the whole experience, Samantha has always been very helpful and professional. She takes the time to give you all the information you need and makes sure you are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location, not only for the quality of the units, but the exceptional customer service that Samantha provides.

I highly recommend this storage location. When I made my first visit, Demond was extremely knowledgeable about the services, and I felt very much at ease as he directed me and we toured the facility. As a young man, he has EXCELLENT customer service skills. Demond and Samantha (the manager) have very caring personalities. I am GRATEFUL and SATISFIED.

This is my first time using a storage facility, and Samantha and Shawn, made this an excellent experience. I reserved a storage unit at a different location, but the unit was too small, so they transferred me to this location. Samantha and Shawn, took care of me with no problems. They were very nice ladies. The property is clean and well managed.

You have an easy access gate, and clean facility, and the impressive security technology for the elevator is none that Ive seen before, that keep strangers from wandering around on every floor.

Came in to buy boxes, samantha was very helpful and friendly. She went over all the packing supplies and helped me figure out how many boxes and other supplies I would need. Also she gave me info on storage in case everything does not fit in my new apartment. I will for sure rent at this location if necessary.
