My family got a space here a few weeks ago and I wanted to say the service we received was more then 5 starts but that is the most I can put Kyle was such a help we had no idea what we were doing he showed us a few lockers and let us know how to store our items and should us all the stuff we need as I just thought about putting the stuff inside not wrapping and making sure its clean when I come back and get it. Kyle was so nice and made us fell our stuff is very safe with him.

I m very happy and satisfied with my storage unit at 34050 W Nine Mile. The personnel especially Kyle and Zachary are very friendly, professional and informative. Any problems I have had were solved quickly and they were interested in helping me out. I feel very good about storing my property at this location. In the past I have had problems with pests, bugs and maintenance at other storage facilities but I have not had these problems here.

Kyle assisted me with selecting my unit, showed me several of them actually, and quoted different pricing options. He was very professional and courteous as I had many questions. I would highly recommend Public Storage. Kyle was very helpful and patient. I went back for boxes the following day and was greeted by Heather. She was also very professional and friendly. She even helped me load boxes in my vehicle. I cant thank both of them enough!!!!

If it were not for Ben I would have changed facilities long ago. JNeisia Lane was very professional, attentive, and friendly. First, she showed me my unit to make sure that unit would work for me. Then she guided me through all of the paperwork and ensured the other authorized people on my account were added and given gate codes. Then she set me up for auto-pay. All of this was quick yet thorough. I appreciated her helpfulness and was very pleased with my visit.

Nice people who are always courteous and helpful. My experience with them has been nothing but pleasant for two years. The units are always clean and dry. Gate access is available till 9 pm, which is very convenient. Id recommend them to anyone. I only wish they had indoor storage. For that reason alone, Im considering moving my goods to another location so that access in cold weather is easier.

Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is the best in the area. Leslie was extremely helpful and walked me through each step if my lease. From start to finish only took about 15 minutes including seeing the unit, singing the paperwork and setting up automatic payments. Ben has also been extremely helpful and has shoveled snow from my unit on multiple occasions. Highly recommended.

Be careful! I was three days late on payment, tried for 4 additional days to contact and pay by phone, only to go to voice mail and not receiving a return call. By the time I got ahold of them, they had put a lien on my property, said I owed $153 (my monthly rental is $49) and said I had to pay $170 to prevent my stuff from going to auction.

Alece was wonderful assisting me with my storage needs! Great attitude and wonderful conversation! However I would appreciate it if the gate was fixed as soon as possible! I know the gate has nothing to do with Alece, but as a loyal customer that pays on time every month I would appreciate it if Public Storage did their job as well!!!!!

If your looking for a bit more space then this is your place! When you come make sure you ask for Kyle, hes the best there is. He made everything super easy for us, and he was able to answer every question we had with no problem at all. Thanks again for all the help Kyle!

Alece was wonderful assisting me with my rental. She went over and beyond helping me pick out the correct space its the perfect size and she also introduced the box dividers to me. I will continue to use the location for my storage needs as long as Alece is there!!!

Didnt find out there was water in my unit until I went to look at it myself. Attendant told me it would be a couple of days until a work crew could even look at it. To move my boxes to a different unit (ONE WITH A ROOF) would cost extra 50/month. Horrible.
