Where did great customer service go?...It was put in storage. I would have never thought that I would take the time to write a positive review of a self-storage facility, but the service provided by Jennifer, the manager of the Westland Simply Self-Storage, is impressive. She helped us get the right size storage unit, provided some suggestions of things to do in the area (since were new) and even helped push my wifes car out of the snow when it was stuck during a trip to the storage unit. Great, caring service still exist, its just been put in storage.

Jennifer is the BEST!!! Ive been a customer for over a year and havent experienced any issues with my unit. The lot is well lit and always has someone available to assist. But because of her great customer service skills, knowledge, friendliness and true concern for her customers, she is the ONLY one I speak with about my unit! She genuinely cares about the level of service she provides and this is what has retained me as a loyal customer!!! SHE TRULY ROCKS and is a valuable asset to the company! ZC

We arrived in the middle of the night with a large truck and all of our belongings. Thank goodness Jennifer was there to meet us! We received great customer service and a helpful attitude. Our unit was very clean and easily accessible. Cant say enough about this storage facility. Great people, nice facilities!
