My husband and I have been doing business with this particular storage facility off and on for over 5 years now. The Belleville location I have always found to be very personable and the office staff being very knowledgeable of the facility and the people who are the customers who are renting units at the place. We have done research around Southeastern Michigan and found their pricing to be very good for our storage needs. I highly recommend this facility for others to go to.

I went in looking to price storage units. I am moving out of state and I may leave my furniture in storage until I am settled. Darnell helped me price different units and helped me decide what may be best for my needs. If I decide to leave my belongings here, I would defiantly use this Extra Space Storage facility. The customer service was outstanding. I didnt feel pressured either way which was one of my concerns.

The ladies in the office are always quick to help out. I have stopped in a few times for boxes and once I asked if they could give me directions. They took the time to mapquest the business I needed and printed the directions out for me. I am not in need of storage at this time but I always tell everyone if they need storage or moving supplies this is the only place to go. Keep up the good work

In these economic times, I found that Extra Space offered the best deal for my money. The staff is experienced and helpful. When I first got a storage unit, I picked one that was too small. They were very helpful in getting what I needed and giving me the time to transfer my belongings from one unit to the other. I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage. Tell Deb I said hi...she is great!

Debbie was fantastic. She was very professional. She handled everything wonderful. The door on the unit had a broken spring. She knew we needed access immediately. She got ever taken care of promptly. This was when she had a long wait and a waiting room full of people. I appreciate her professionalism. You are truly blessed to have her as an employee. I have rented units at two different Extra Space Storage facilities in two different states. I was NOT pleased with the facilities at the Belleville, MI location. The Belleville location was stated as "climate-controlled", but was basically a metal shed row of "inside" storage units and was humid in the late Spring/early Summer when I used the facility.

Out of going to another store inside a half a mile from the house I was overtaken by the surprise of extra fees but at extra Space Storage with Deborah and Cindy they were an assistance to us as well as Dave gave us the ultimate package for me getting a 10 by 15 as well as a RV mobile space I am very very pleased they deserve the raise today

ESS in Belleville was convenient for us and very easy to do business with in a last minute situation. Our unit was clean and easy to access. The help (Debbie) was friendly and easy to reach when I needed her. I liked the online payment center. If only Deb could have stopped the rain that came on moving day.

Deborah was wonderful. She was pleasant to talk to on the phone. When we arrived she was helping someone us. She offered us water while we waited since it was very hot outside. She apologized for the the wait and said she would be with us in about 15 minutes and she was almost on the money.
