My experience with the Simply Self Storage on Sinacola Court in Farmington Hills Michigan was PHENOMENAL! I moved several weeks ago and due to multiple problems we had with the moving company we used, I had to obtain a storage unit. I called the facility and was assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional store clerk. After stating what I needed, the clerk quickly navigated thru the available inventory until we found a unit that perfectly suited my needs. The day of my move we discovered that a few furniture pieces would not fit readily the space. Frantically calling to see if a larger unit was available, my call was answered by a man named Patric (no k, lol). Patric Smith turned out to be the facility manager. He calmed me, saying not to worry, just to leave it all to him. When we arrived later that day Patric had indeed handled it all. He went over and beyond, always reassuring me with efficiency and professionalism. On one of the most frustrating, trying days of my life, Patric and the Simply Self Storage crew are AWESOME. Ive been recommending them to everyone!!!

I am so happy I did a little research before I chose a storage facility. I spent maybe 10 minutes or so looking for a good deal on google. Let me assure you - theres no way youre going to find a less expensive storage unit even close to the value youll get coming here! I only needed a small unit, but was sure Id need a deposit, credit check, security fee or something. I was wrong. The only fee I paid was $20 (one time fee) just to get my account set up. I paid for two months, got the 2nd month 50%off, and spent LESS than $70!!! The closest price for the same size unit is $77 a month, almost double. This facility has a person living on site, who keeps a close eye on things. They have security cameras, and everything is nice and clean. A woman named Melissa helped me with everything I needed today and was super nice. Im so happy I have a safe, inexpensive place to store my things. Ill definitely be recommending this place. I wish I could give it 6 stars!!

The customer service here is spectacular! My husband and I are in the process of moving currently and your employee Melissa is always very helpful whenever I enter the store. It has helped make the move so much less stressful knowing that my stuff will be taken care of and if I need anything, I only ever need to ask her. She always answers any questions I may have and is never rude or short with me. 5 stars and a customer that will be returning if I need to store anything in the future!

This location always has a super friendly staff and maintains their property well. Snow is always managed and the yard is kept clear of debris. The monthly rates are definitely better than every other storage facility nearby that Im aware of! I was a customer from 2013-2015 and just became a repeat customer due to the top notch service I received in the past. Thank you Simply Self Storage!

Patrick the property manager showed up at 10:10 when web and sign says open at 9:30. Then had the audacity to state we were supposed to make an appointment. What a joke! Must be nice to show to work at your leisure. Called the 800 # to complain and a very nice girl said district mgr would call within hour. DIDNT HAPPEN. Dont waste my time or yours b.s-ing me. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

The property manager at this location is amazing, and the reason why I selected this facility for my storage needs. She is very professional, welcoming and accomodating. It is conveniently located, inexpensive compared to local competitors, clean, and has a good selection of units.
