Previously posted a bad review and was called and asked to take it down with the promise of a credit for a spurious "lien fee" that was placed on my account. The fee has not been credited so the review goes back up. When I signed up for a unit, it was on the 28th of the month. I paid up front for the first month, per the amount that I was invoiced at the time. Turns out, the first month is actually the first 30 days which defies all logical and reasonable sense. This led to my account being overdue by 3 days. Keeping in mind that I paid up front, in the store, per the invoice they gave me. I never received an invoice stating that this amount was due so there was no way for me to pay on time. This is when the "lien fee" of $53 was placed on my account, on top of the standard late fee. By the way, if you dont pay the lien fee within two weeks, they cut the lock of your unit and auction your stuff. I understand that they probably deal with numerous inconsistent customers, but I had previously been a customer of that same branch for two years with other units. Never late, always paid on time.

It looks really nice on the outside. But the policies of Public Storage takes advantage of individuals. They nickel and dime you with fees for everything, they wont work with you on a budget, especially if you need to switch your payment days, there bathrooms are SOO ridiculously dirty and 9/10 times, there is a manager who doesnt care to listen to you because they are following corporate policies. After I leave here I will never use Public Storage again. I have been with them for 3 years of more and it gets worse, instead of better, you think they would treat their customers who have been with them better. There has been only one attendant Tamieka, who tries to take care of customers needs without throwing policy in your face. The manager before her was horrible!

I visited this location in late November and had pleasant experience with the two ladies in the lobby, Dominque and Tameika, who were friendly and professional. They helped to my rental and instruction easy and my visit a good one. The property at this location was clean when I visited. However, as this was my first time visiting a storage facility and renting a space, I found the number of times I had to enter my access code very cumbersome. The access code is a nine digit number and has to entered at least four or five times in one visit to the property. While I understand this is a measure of security, it is more than extreme. I have no suggestions as to how to eliminate the number of times the code should be entered, but there has to be a better way.

Ive been with this location since 2006 and Anthony always provided friendly and professional service(Im not sure what facility he is located at currently). Tameika and Dominique are there currently, and they are always professional and friendly. Tameika was a great help when i was using a different payment option(netspend card) and she gave me useful info. I really appreciate the f/u calls to try and avoid all the late fees!(after youve been with them for, say over 5 years, the late fees should get reduced). However, i know the hard working employees, have no control over this, I hope higher up management takes my suggestion under consideration. Thanks

Wow, I am very impressed with the service at public storage. I went there to view an idea storage area however their attitudes and personal attention convinced me to to use their facility. I highly recommend them, because I arrived close to end of shift and they still chose to accommodate my requirements. They dont get any extra reward for taking extra steps of providing quality service and I was totally impressed. Please come by and you will be satisfied as well.Thanks Temeika and Dominique

Public Storage is the safest, most secure place to store your things. They also have an amazing staff. Tameika and Dominique are lovely ladies, they totally rock. When I lost my place I didnt know what I was going to do. I made a appointment, went and seen these girls, and I felt like I made 2 new friends. They know what they talking about and will go above and beyond to help. The ladies even helped me carry my things to my unit when I sprang my wrist. I love them

I came in the there day and spoke with Christina, Faren, and Desiree. Everyone was so polite and held great conversation. Christina showed me a few different sizes of units and explained the prices and promotions going on. Overall I recommend anyone looking for storage to stop by this location. Everyone was great!

They really new the things they sold and helped me to get everything I needed! I would recommend them and their great customer service to any stressed mover.
