I moved from Florida to Michigan and spoke to AMY prior to my move, I reserved an outside drive up unit and she assured me it would be available for me when I got there and it was, even though she did not have to hold that particular unit for me. The day I went to sign the paperwork I was really stressed out and and not in too friendly of a mood but AMY remained very friendly and professional. A week later my truck arrived with things, and when they loaded my stuff into the unit the truck driver noticed one of the wall panels in the unit was completely loose and unhinged and could possibly allow someone from the unit next door entry into my unit, needless to say I was REALLY stressed about that, AMY came to the unit, took photos, wrote up an emergency work order and called the manager immediately to expedite the work order, AND Amy called me several times over the next 2 days to reassure me that she was working on getting the issue corrected, and she did. I would definitely recommend this facility, totally due to AMY being the Very Nice and Professional that she is even though I was not as nice as I should have been to her ! Thank You Again Amy !!

I called the reservation number and found out about the "Memorial Day" Special at the Public Storage on Newburgh Rd in Livonia, MI. Janine Micallef, the Manager immediately called me to confirm my reservation and provide me with more detailed information about the "Special". I liked what I was hearing and my husband and I went to visit the facility that same day. Kim, the Floating Manager, explained their terms and took us to our unit. The facility is immaculately clean, the terms fair and the customer service is top notch. I have always been impressed with Public Storage and even more so after visiting the Newburgh location Store #26421. They are technologically advanced and run a very efficient site. I like all the conveniences, like paying my bill on line. On a scale from 1 - 10, we give them 10+

I reserved a unit a week before my moving company was to deliver so that I was prepared. All I needed to do was bring my own lock the day they arrived. I pulled into the parking lot to see their representative rush to a car and speed off. Figuring someone else would be around I didnt worry. But there wasnt anyone else. And now Im standing outside their door waiting for someone to come back with a moving van and their crew besides. Oh, and it isnt some odd hour. It was just before 3pm when I pulled up. Its also worth noting that the company requires its sales associates to solicit reviews specifically on Google and are rated based on the reviews they can solicit. This means that many of the reviews are likely written just after the rental agreement is signed and not after any true experience.

Hi, I am an auditor, in addition I am a Secret Shopper. This is a freebee... I thought the store manager was so nice and pleasant that I would just put a review in at what a pleasure it was working with her. Her name was Janine and she was so through. We reviewed different options and she was very interested in helping me solve a storage problem for my brother who had to move out of state unexpected for a job offer. I never had to store anything before. Janine was so helpful in solving an unexpected urgent situation. Also as stated I am an auditor (in quality control), the office and grounds were well kept and safe - something I just cant help noticing because that is what I do for a living. Well done A+ in customer service!

If there were a Public Storage angel-Janine would be it. I had to store items after my the death of my mother while caring for my father who had Alzheimers and my husband who was gravely ill with diabetes complications. I was very distraught, tired and in need of a storage solution. It was my good fortune to find this particular storage facility. It is clean, well maintained and most of all has Janine at the helm. Thank God for her help and good thoughts. Helped me through a rough time in my life. This Public Storage location would not be the same without her.

Amy was extremely patient with my request to walk the property and view multiple units. All my questions were followed up with respectable answers. My only complaint is the lengthy questions and signature/initialing required. 20 plus minutes from the time I committed to the unit to the time I walked out the door. CORPORATE LISTEN UP! Im not buying a house. The paper work is too much. Amy is great- you need a system that doesnt freeze up and is timely. I appreciate your service and will highly recommend to all family and friends. I would like to recognize Janine, at the Livonia/Newburgh Rd. Public Storage location. Janine was extremely helpful to me with selecting a storage unit for my mothers belongings. She was compassionate, understanding and gave helpful suggestions, during a very difficult time for me. I am ever so grateful and appreciate her kindness. Janine also repaired a loose screw on the door of the unit, immediately upon me mentioning it. Thanks Janine!

I went into this Public Storage location on a Sunday (2/2/14) and Amy was tremendously helpful. Im big on customer service and she was calm, patient, courteous and friendly. As a person coming back to Michigan, it felt awesome to come across a friendly face. Amy even took the time to go through everything patiently and was extremely detailed. Amy even put "Welcome Home" with a smily face.....HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!!

I went to get my 3rd unit today 3/24/14. Janine explained it might be more cost effective to combine 2 of the smaller units into 1 larger one .She said whenever I get the "manpower" together to assist me, she would be happy to help me transfer. Good suggestion. Janine was efficient ( lots of paperwork), courteous & friendly. Janine & Amy are so great to work with for any of my storage needs. Kathy

I had to use Public Storage while in-between moves. Although I only rented storage space for a short period, I often had to visit the storage shed to retrieve items that I accidentally packed. The location is very convenient, the pricing is fair, the access and security is very good. I have no complaints at all, and should I ever need storage space again, I will likely return to Public Storage.

The Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI Public Storage provides excellent service. The facility is very clean, and the managers, Janine and Amy, are efficient, polite, and professional. I appreciated a courtesy call from Janine reminding me of a payment due during the grace period. My experience with Property #26421 has been trouble free, and I highly recommend them.

Kelley made it really easy and very quick to get the storage unit. It was my first storage unit so I appreciated the nice customer service. She was attentive and listened to any concerns I had and nicely answered any questions I had. The property is a in a great location too for me (right off the expressway and on my way to/from the airport).
