Terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! The old managers (Cathleen) was wonderful! However the new people are completely unreasonable!! We have had 2 parking spaces for many many years. We had agreements with Cathleen to have one of the larger spaces along the wall and pay the price of a smaller space, because it was the only one left when we originally moved in. We had 2 trailers parked in 1 spot for years, and they fit within the space. The new managers were going to charge us double because we had 2 "items" in 1spot!!! They were not going to reason with us at all! We moved out after years of great service. We now rent 4 spaces down the road (Mini Stor Dept) for the same amount they were going to charge for 2, and we can put as many trailers in the spaces as we can fit!! Highly do not recommend this storage facility!

RUDE!!! I spoke to Larry. I tried getting some prices on a couple of different sized units and because I didnt really know what size would work best, I tried asking questions about what would fit in said sizes... When answering my questions, he was very vague (only saying yes and no) and when asked to elaborate, I was met with snarky comments. Im not an idiot, I realize that a couch wont fit into a 5×5 space! Theres no need to be condescending to someone whose contemplating giving you guys business! Needless to say, Ill be going with the U-Store down the street.

My girlfriend and I just recently moved to the area and needed to store some furniture until we can find a more suitable living arrangement. Looked at a handful of places before deciding on this one. The cleanliness and security of the facility are what sold me. The gentleman I spoke to, Larry, assured me that there are cameras on and running all day and night. He was polite and very helpful in what I needed. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have rented at several storage places in the area and have found the biggest problem with most is the people working there. I now rent at Aardvark because they have the nicest and most helpful by far of any others. It is also very clean and I really like the secure feeling I have because the managers live there and are always watching what goes on. I drive a few extra miles just to keep my things there.
