Its not even this location jus Uhaul as a whole they wait til the last minute to do all location confirmations which is extremely inconvenient for myself whos moving out of state and they dont tell you til after checkout that the locations you chose are preference only any future moves I make will be with smaller companies privately owned or anything other than uhaul they have made my move very inconvenient. Everything should have been confirmed set in stone upon my reservation my pick up and drop off location have been changed Ive had to wait til the last minute to schedule movers due to them not confirming anything til the day before. Ive never had issues with using a local uhaul but for a big out of state move I recommend another company they dont understand some things need to be done in a timely orderly fashion

This location and its employees are trash!!!!!! they are the most disrespectful crew and staff I have ever came across! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR REFFER TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW. PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
