Our real estate investment corporation works with many contractors, and has dealt with four concrete contractors in the past. None of them, not one, comes close to comparing with Revolutionary Concrete and its owner, Gavin Schriner. From the first inerview through the completion of the work (re-doing a large commercial parking lot), Mr. Schriner was absolutely professional and extremely well-informed about his work. Before contracting, we checked references and concrete suppliers - all gave high marks to Revolutionary Concrete. Mr. Schriner was on site every day, not leaving us to deal with subs. The workers came daily until the work was finished, with only one break when it rained. The site was left cleaner than when Revolutionary began. When an unrelated leak sprung in a well, Mr. Shriner called someone for us who arrived within two hours and charged a very reasonable price. We also had another estimate which was five (5) times as high. Based on his performance, we are now having Mr. Schriner bid on a building addition through his construction companyGCS Building. We also have miscellaneous carpentry work he will be completing in the next two weeks. .

Gavin Schriner has been doing work for me for just about 10 years. Ive always told people he is the HARDEST WORKER I have ever met (in addition to being one of the most honest human beings I know). Hes done just about everything for me at some point in time. Egress basement windows, footings, framing, brick laying, window installations, decorative concrete... The list goes on. If Gavin cant do something he picks up the phone and someone magically appears who can do it. He is very well networked and only does business with like-minded people (hard working, honest). My kids love him when he comes by because he wrestles and plays with them. What else can I say? The guy is great!

We had approximately 3200 sq. ft of driveway and sidewalk done by Gavin and crew from Revolutionary Concrete and we couldnt be happier! Just like Gavin will tell you, hes not the cheapest and hes not going to drop his price. We had 4 estimates that ranged from allowing the crew to drink alcohol during there work here at our home to prices so low that it would be almost impossible for the contractor to purchase the concrete nevertheless pay there own help! With Revolutionary Concrete you have no worries! Just book them early in the year, is all!

Revolutionary concrete exceeded my expectations! I had the driveway and walkway redone. Not only do they look great, the driveway is sloped to drain water away from my home and its doing just that. Weve had a few hard rains and the basement is DRY. I highly recommend revolutionary concrete.
