PERRYSBURG PLUMBING BAILED US OUT OF A BIG JAM AT A FAIR PRICE. The sewer drain broke in the crawl beneath our kitchen. We contacted Perrysburg Plumbing and they had men on site immediately. The owner was in Colorado at the time but was able to evaluate the issue from photos texted to him and schedule a team to begin next day (we had to bring in a hazardous waste clean up team first before the plumbers could start). It took two and a half days to repair (60 year old galvanized plumbing). The crew stayed at it; they were professional, courteous, explained every step and respected our property. We were charged a very reasonable price for all the work that had to be done - which they asked for approval before proceeding. We will call them again.

They are extremely overpriced. Actually that is an understatement. They completely overcharge without remorse!!!!!! Had them come out to replace two toilets. I provided the toilets and they charged me almost $800. He was only there 2 hours and as I said before, I provided the new toilets. This was on a normal work day (no special price for holiday or after hours). DO NOT USE!!! when I questioned or asked about the price they were very rude!!!

Horrible. The woman who answers the phone at the business, Julie, was inexpicably rude from the moment she answered the phone. When I asked to speak to someone in charge she said the owner, Jim Grinder, is rarely at the business.

The only positive was that they were able to come out same day. The HUGE NEGATIVE was the price. I was charged $317 to unclog a drain with a power snake and the guy was at my house for only about 20 minutes.

Prompt, same day response, the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable, and he resolved my issue in about an hour. Price was more than fair, I consider myself a loyal customer now.

Easy to get quick appointments. Reason? Because it is highly overpriced. To change a wax ring on my toilet they charged $330.00!
