I have an old house, built in 1929. I am not sure if the plumbing is that old, but it was really creaky, and in need of an upgrade. Chris of Yellow Rose was upfront when he came out for the consult. The house was old, so there was no easy way to tell how much pipe they would have to replace, or how many walls they would need to knock into (the house is plaster, not drywall.) Fortunately, we only had to replace one wall pipe, and Yellow Rose had a n excellent plasterer/painting crew. There was also some surprise electrical work- due to some legacy wiring not being done correctly. The work was done quickly, and with a minimum of disruption given I had most of the old/corroded pipes in my basement yanked out. I would recommend Chris and Yellow Rose and will use them again.

I am very impressed with Yellow Roses response and service so far. I received immediate emails and phone calls to set up an estimate appraisal and got confirming/reminder phone calls for our appointment. The Project Manager, Johnny was very polite, on time and extremely knowledgeable about this craft. He provide sound direction regarding my immediate needs (roof and gutters) and he also shared other points I should consider for future home maintenance and prevention. Some of his tips would help me save on cost. I believe Johnny and Yellow Rose will be well equipment to complete me project with extreme professional service and finish. Johnny was even kind enough to drop me off to get my car that was finished getting serviced-----THANKS JOHNNY!

We had a terrible experience with this company. We scheduled a chimney inspection weeks in advance and when the time came for them to come out, nobody showed up. We called the office and they apologized and said that they must have forgotten to write us in the schedule. We were frustrated but tried to reschedule again for the next week. Once again, nobody showed up. When we called the office to find out where they were, they told us they overbooked again. This was 2 days I had to take off of work to be here when they came, and nobody showed up. That is ridiculous. One overbooking I can understand, but two? Thats not a way to run a business. Just a word of warning if youre planning on using this company- dont.

Fabulous is all I can say. I contacted The Yellow Rose company in regards to some repair work for my garage. They immediately contacted me and came out and looked at the repairs needed. Gave me a price which I agreed upon. Then told me they would definitely be able to come out the next day to do the repairs. I was amazed since other companies I contacted never even called me back and when I contacted these companies all I got was OH I havent had a chance to get any prices and my calls were never returned. I definitely would recommend Chris for any Job. we first met him 5 yrs ago and he did some little jobs for us. His first big project with us made our guest bathroom a focal point people talk about and after that he installed hardwood flooring in our living and dining room and kitchen and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. He is very easy to work with and very honest upfront. We are currently downsizing and looking for a new smaller home, but all of our remodeling will definitely be done by him again. Keep up the great work, but make sure you can always squeeze us in !!!

Terrible experience. Johnny quoted me a very high price for a small roof on an addition because he said my decking was all rotted and needed to be replaced. When they were done, there was no old decking in the dumpster, a hole in the new roof with a shoddy patch job, a vent was removed that he was supposed to leave, shutters not reattached, and they cut my cable line to the TV. It took nearly a week of daily arguments, countless missed appointments, and constant excuses for them to reconnect the cable and put a decent patch on the roof which is still just a patch job.

We are very happy with The Yellow Rose. We hired them to clean out, demo and clean a home for a family member that had a fire and no homeowners insurance. They understood and cared about our situation and didnt take us to the cleaners. They installed a new roof for us as well. The communication was constant along with pictures of the progress. Was willing to meet with us at our convenience to discuss certain aspects of the project. We will be using them for projects on our personal residence and will be passing their name along to our friends and family.

I had a very good experience with Chris at The Yellow Rose. He communicated very well with me and returned all of my calls. I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him. Sequel must add, I have great concern over the insistence by the Yellow Rose Company to pay the bill immediately after the job was completed. Certainly, I do not have a problem paying my bills. However, it was unprofessional to insist on being paid the same day. I am unhappy with this and think others should be aware of this.

He came out looked at the job gave me a quote was very informative and explained to me what the problem was and how to repair it. I had a few other quotes but he was the best. I highly recommend Yellow Rose for chimney & roof repairs. They did a great job fixing our leaky roof. Sterling Mino re-bricked the chimney and made a custom cement cap. He also reinstalled and sealed the flashing kit. One guy on the roof and one guy on the ground - they worked hard and removed all the debris quickly. Great job!

After a brief communication problem which they resolved immediately, Yellow Rose people were amazing! The job was done - brick and pavers, porch repair - in 90+ degree heat, and the guys worked really hard to do the job well.
