i am writing to express how much we appreciate the service provided by your representative (i believe his hame is tyler) who repaired my sisters air-conditioning unit yesterday. my sister lives in valdosta. he arrived AFTER normal business hours and promptly repaired her service for a very resaonable price. his efforts, at about the hotest part of the day, was a life saver. she has pets and had no where to go to get relief from the heat. we could not be more pleased with the service and attitude of tyler and could not be more grateful for him taking the time, after regular business hours, to make the repairs! it would be so nice if all business were so trustworthy.

I paid Waller to come out to service unit. They said I needed a new Unit. Paid them 60 USD for the call to come out. Mr. Waller came out again and did a walk threw as I told him I wanted everything new. IE Ducts ETC. He told me he would get back to me. Never herd back. I have called 5 times and talked to the secretary. I have now wasted money and time. This company is nothing but a time waster. Buyer Beware.

Very very poor customer service , they did the install on my new home and I have had nothing but problems from day one with the unit , they have been out 9 times and Im still having problems
