I must be the only person who had a horrible experience with Kemerick Construction. I hired the company to install a fence in my backyard, a bit of cement work on my porch and a new roof on my garage. After I paid 1/2 up front for all these services, Keith began to delay the project and eventually he started about 8 weeks late. While working on the garage, Keith backed his work van into my new car causing $650 in damages which he has still not paid (8 months later). He has emailed me excuses but still no payment. After completing the garage, I would regularly call Keith to see when he could do the fence and the porch work. This was delayed about another 4 weeks, until I finally told him Ive had enough and the porch and fence were never completed. This was seriously the worst contracting experience I have ever dealt with. Please find another source for the work! Oh and they stole my rake.

Kemerick Construction just finished my new roof today. It was a tear off and from the beginning the experience was more than I could have hoped for. Keith (the owner) came out promptly to give a quote and was very personable and easy to work with. The price was very fair and he did not sacrifice quality. I am thrilled with the results, and the job was completed on schedule as described by Keith. His crew was great and regularly cleaned the premises as well as at the end of each day. They were professional, friendly, and hardworking. I am excited to have a quality contractor that I can count on and recommend to others. Thanks!

Kemerick Construction did a fantastic job on our roof and window replacement. The pricing was fair and the quality was top notch. During the complete tear off, there were some areas that has rotted due to inadequate ventilation. Kemerick explained the issue, and more importantly, fixed the problem. We also replaced 16 windows and one very large sliding glass door. The windows look perfect and we continue to get compliments on their appearance. We would reccomend Kemerick to any looking for high quality home repair.

In June, 2015, I gave the owner of Kemerick Construction a $400 deposit to install french doors in my home. On September 22, 2015, he cancelled the job and agreed to refund my deposit. However,it has been almost 2 months and he has not refunded my deposit, never returned my phone call, never responded to my emails, and never returned my text messages. I hope he keeps his word and refunds my deposit as soon as possible. I expect, however, that I am the victim of a fraudulent contractor.

Kemerick construction was professional, reasonably priced, and finished the job ontime. During the course of the roof repair underlying insect damage was discovered. Kemerick representatives gave their professional opinion on how it should be handled and repaired the damage properly and finished the job within the original time frame. Would definitley hire them again for construction and home repair.

Keith did a fantastic job on our new roof and offered us the best price out of several contractors. He started early and stayed late to get the job done regardless of the weather. He was considerate of our small childrens nap schedule and did a thorough job of cleaning up. We would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to friends. Thanks Kemerick!

Kemerick Contruction is very, very professional. They were clean, respectful. reliable and did an amazing job. I have used them twice now and both jobs (roof and basement) were done as promised and to more than my satisfaction. I have a kitchen that I would like to do soon and am definetly leaning towards them also doing that project.

Hard to get in touch with after project has started. Tried several times to fix my roof and failed. I had to pay someone else to fix it properly. He or subcontractor did not show when scheduled to work without calling in advance to they were not coming if I didnt call to ensure they were coming or not.

Kemerick Construction did excellent job on replacing flat roof of my back deck. He went beyond the roof replacement tuck pointing a chimney which probably was the source of the original leak at no additional labor cost ensuring a leak proof job. I will definitely consider Kemerick in the future.

While I have no doubt about his ability, he subcontracted my roof to a bunch of college kids with minimal experience. Roof took 3 weeks to complete. Water damage from poor tarps. My shingles would fall off in calm sunny weather. Quit coming back, now I have to pay others to patch my roof.

reasonably priced, quality work, timely. I just needed a gable vent replaced due to an animal. Keith gave me a great quote and fixed it when he said that he would. Excellent job. Hassle free. I will call again if necessary!

Called them for a quote and he came over to my house and never followed up. We called him twice and emailed him for the quote and its been over two weeks. They seem to have a problem with time lines from the get go.
