The work completed by the subcontractors, Gutter Guys, would be a 5 star; however the follow thru by Benchmark was poor. The website states they provide "free estimates," but my salesman held my quote hostage until I agreed to go with him. I agreed and his quote was $1,800 more than a previous quote and, though I did seek assistance from my insurance company, I spent significantly more out of pocket. When I would call my salesman as to when the work would start, I think he had already divorced himself from my project. I came home one day about 3 weeks later to find the gutter guys had started work. I was glad, but no one notified me they were coming and, after doing a walk around with the gutter guys, they said their orders were unclear and glad I was able to discuss the job with them. They also said it was not uncommon for them to find the customer didnt expect them. My neighbor is using the company with whom I had my original quote and, so far, the work looks great and the business kept in constant contact with her from point of agreement to point of work. Lesson learned.

This company was the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with.I would call asking when the work would be done and they would lie to me saying things were on order when clearly they were not. The work was not done in a timely manner after it was told to me that it would have. They were not able to complete all the work had to find someone else to finish the job. My roof that was replaced had never leaked before well since being replaced the roof has leaked twice they say they repaired it but we will see about that, now I have water marks on my ceiling that were never fixed and when I asked for a discount I was told no by the owner of the company. I would highly recommend not to do business with this company. Worst experience ever!

During the process of selling my house recently, I worked with Benchmark Roofing to replace part of my roof. Buying and selling houses is stressful enough that you need to work with good companies when work on your house is needed to move forward in the selling process. First, Benchmark priced very competitively. And as important as price, they agreed to and delivered on a timeline that worked with our closing (I think we had about two weeks to work with), even with some rainy days thrown in the mix. Kelly in their office was great to work with, answered all of my questions and worked with their scheduling and production teams to get answers when needed. This was a very good experience.

I had the absolute best experience working with benchmark roofing! We had a leak in our master bedroom so we contacted benchmark and within hours they had someone out to tarp and fix the leak. We ended up needing a new roof and they came out a few days later to replace the pre- existing. Our roof was on, once again, WITHIN hours and is the nicest on our street. Many people have asked who replaced it and have commented on how wonderful it looks! Great people to work with- Very personable and timely! Would absolutely recommend Benchmark to everyone in need!!
