My husband and I decided to build a large 14 x 27 wood deck on the back of our home. We called at LEAST fifteen different companies for a quote. We received calls back from five of them, and we only had two companies that actually showed up to quote the job. When Advanced Construction arrived, the guys were top notch! They were courteous, professional and very willing to listen to our suggestions. The "other" companies were too busy telling us what we couldnt do, let alone listening to what we actually wanted to do. Within two days, we had a nice sketch and a professional proposal, which included optional items, additional fees that we could expect for permits, and warranty information. We knew that our decision to go with Advanced Construction was well worth it! Our deck was completed with three weeks, including permitting allowance. The crew cleaned the area up so well that you would have never guessed that they were there. We LOVE our deck and could not be happier with the quality. We have referred so many neighbors to Advanced Construction.

in 2009 this company replaced my roof approx. 5000 sq. ft. due to storm damage. In one area my roof leaked into the house, they came out and repaired with caulking instead of relaying the shingles while under warrenty. Approx. a year and half later I have the same leak in the same area, and now they refuse to remedy the problem. I said I would pay for the repair and they said we will call back to set up an appointment. The call never came so I called them again and then they tell me a whole different story that they are no longer doing residential and refused to come out and have me pay for the repair. IMO these people are storm chasers. When the original work was done they used approx. 31 latino workers with very little supervision and finished the job in one day......they did slip shod work IMO. Roof still leaks, would NOT recommend this outfit.

We recently used Advanced Construction for a roofing project on one of our older apartment communities. They set a timeline of four weeks to do a large portion of our property. We were skeptical, but wanted to test them and see how they would do in respect to our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised that the job was completed in time and the work they performed was second to none. We would be more than happy to use Advanced on any of our other developments, and look forward to any projects we may have in the future.

"Correction" CFO has no education nor understand the meaning of embezzlement. Do work with this company and you might likely find yourself on this side of the fence as MANY have! They have a laundry list of failed business relationships (clients, employee(s), etc.)
