In 2015 we started looking for a contractor to spray foam insulation around our basement walls and crawlspace. I received quotes from multiple companies. From my first conversation with Jerry at insulation man, I knew I was dealing with a professional company. Jerry was polite, punctual and always returned my calls quickly. Insulation man was actually more expensive than some of the other contractors but between Jerry and Audrey in the office, I felt much more comfortable paying a little more to deal with a reputable company. So, in fall of 2015 Insulation man came out and spray foam my basement, crawlspace and put down a liner in the crawlspace to block moisture. They did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I was very happy with the work. Fast forward to Fall of 2016, i notices a very strong odor coming from the crawlspace that smelled very bad. I called insulation man and spoke with Tom, one of the owners. Tom came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. He and his crew showed up a week later and replace the the faulty liner. He apologized and they put down a better liner than the one i purchased originally. Again, Tom was awesome to work with. He took care of everything and the odor is gone and the humidity in the crawlspace never gets above 40% anymore. I have Toms cell phone in my phone and tell everyone about what a great experience I had with his company. If you are thinking about getting this type of work done, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra at first to deal with an honest small business.

Our attic had the original insulation from construction in the 70s - needless to say it was not providing much insulation at all. Tom and his team installed soffit baffles and blown-in insulation that has made our second level much more comfortable. It made an amazing difference actually. I priced out doing the job myself and the additional premium to have Tom and his team come in to do the work was reasonable and definitely worth it to save the time and hassle of doing the work myself. Not to mention, Im sure they did a better job than I would have. Thanks Tom.

From my initial and subsequent contact with Eve in the office, who was unfailingly cheerful and efficient, to Jerry, my sales rep, who was friendly and pleasant, answering my many questions patiently, and who ( it was readily apparent) was an expert in what he does, to Scott and his instillation crew, who completed the job efficiently and expertly, this was one of the best experiences Ive had with a company providing home improvement services. Eve and Jerry were easy to contact and responded quickly, and Scott sent me texts letting me know the schedule.

Scott and Tom have completed work at two of my homes, ranging from retrofitting an older home of mine to completing foam insulation on my new construction. Their prices are a steal when you compare the quality of work done versus their competition. I assure you will not regret hiring the insulation man. They are very clean, thorough and professional. The best part is, they have saved me a ton of money on my heating bills.

They spray foamed my ceiling on my pole barn then cellulose over the top... Very professional and even more knowledgeable about general building and performance. We had two companies come out to quote the work. The Insulation Man was more expensive, but their estimate was more credible. We purchased the home about a year ago and one of the previous owners had a botched installation job. This caused some complications which The Insulation Man addressed. They were on time and did everything they said they would do. They were professional and the insulation had an immediate effect on my home. I am very satisfied.

Highly recommend this company. I had the Insulation Man add spray foam in the rim joist and on the roof deck, wow what a difference. After they left, the furnace ran a lot less and the best part was the attic can now be used for storage. Anyway, great experience at a great price.
